Has MS ever saved anyone? They buy studios and sit on them after a game or two. Is that what you want?
Alright!
Can’t be much worse than translation work from actual humans in the 80s and even into the early 90s.
And I say good luck if you want to learn to read Japanese. I’m still struggling to read a children’s manga, and most of it is still over my head.
It’s been about the PS4 for me, but to each their own.
Tale Spin is in a collection.
In any case, this is exciting news. I have fond memories of the Genesis Aladdin game. I had friends who had the Lion King game but never had it myself, and at the time I really wish I did. I only recall being able to play through half of it.
Capcom has done an excellent job of bringing the Megaman titles to a modern audience. I wish more companies would follow suit with this kind of dedication to their past. Konami is starting to do it, but that's probably because Capcom thought of it first. All the more reason why I give props to Capcom for this. Yeah, collections existed before, but Capcom's really going all out with this franchise, and that's a great thing IMHO.
@GottaBjimmyb The funny thing is, Sony doesn't do anything particularly special, other than making great games that people want to play. They make money because they sell well, y'know, like how games always used to generate income for the companies behind them. I'm not entirely sure why this is such a difficult concept for some other companies to grasp, but Sony has proven time and again that quality singleplayer titles can and do sell well, and do make a profit.

Actually, this game makes me kind of want to visit NY one day. I'd love to actually see some of the locales from the game, and see what's different.
Good for them, and this game looks interesting. I may check it out.
But what if I want the "full Kojima" experience?
Going to? They already have.
To add to number 4, I personally like when some remakes include the original game too as an extra, whether it's unlockable or accessible from the start. Also, there needs to be a Legend of Zelda collection of some sort. If Nintendo are going to ignore the potential revenue of virtual console, the least they can do is ensure their classic games are accessible in another form.
Huh?
We will have to wait for International Men's Day, which I'm sure will be introduced shortly after the annual Straight Pride Parade.
I don't see much changing so long as they belong to EA.
I wouldn't have expected it to be a happy game given that it's based on one of the biggest tragedies in human history, but yeah, I agree.
Lulz. With all the goal-post moving MS does maybe they can find a way to swing that in their favour.
So...being creative is a bad thing and corporations should limit that? Is that the point of this article? I disagree, and if Death Stranding is too weird for you, no one's making you play it. It's a good thing I like weird.
To me it's like if two guys get in a fight and one is much bigger than the other, and the smaller one keeps hitting the bigger one in the chest with punches that don't seem to do much of anything, and then the bigger one says "my turn", and hits his opponent with one punch that launches him across the room. Yeah, I know MS is probably bigger as a company, but as a brand, Xbox isn't nearly as big as PlayStation, and can't hope to pack the same punch.
The same way they do every year: by showing games.
