Maybe one of the front-runners could elucidate as to what their vision for the future of consoles is, as that’s sure to carry more weight.
Ok, is there some MS Koolaid I don't know about? So many journalists these days seem to be drinking it.
Sony just doesn't have an egotistical loudmouth in charge of PlayStation's PR. Judging by how well the PS4 did in comparison to the XB1, I don't think they need one.
If by grow you mean exploit the heck out of the customers you do get then yeah, that sounds like what MS is doing.
Thanks Phil. You can definitely forget me buying an Xbox now.
@the disagrees. Wow, I didn't think there were that many people who think Mario is a major contributor to climate change.
I needed a good laugh. Lulz.
And being good somehow makes you more physically attractive. My cousin and I had a good laugh at that...and that time we managed to get the protagonist to grow tiny horns as a kid.
It'll matter more if and when the XSX ceases to be a premium XB1 for all intents and purposes.
It would be foolish to completely disregard the effect human activity is having on climate change. However, I do agree that there is an agenda behind initiatives to curb it, and they often pick the worst things to focus on. Even if videogames were to just up and vanish tomorrow, the problem would still persist. Maybe they can focus on transit initiatives and encouraging use of hybrid and electric vehicles instead of trying to murder various industries, many of which are contributing compar...
I'm just picturing Mario driving a wildly inefficient but totally lit and expensive SUV. Lulz.
That said...I'm sorry, what? Yes, we need to do our part to save the planet sooner rather than later. But, you really need to pick your battles. Is videogames the hill you wish to die on? Heck, it's not even videogames as a whole, just one franchise. Nevermind the plethora of ways in which people produce far more carbon. I can see advocating for electric and hyb...
Sweet! Looking forward to it!
The dev isn't obscure enough and the article doesn't say "says dev", "devs say", "- dev" or some variant. If they really want to copy Gamingbolt they should pick a dev of some indie title no one has ever heard of and learn their formula for headlines.
Did you really think the companies backing this really cared about “innovating” for the sake of moving things forward for consumer convenience? No, they just want more control over the release and distribution of games than they should be allowed to have.
Moving on? Implying they’re just thinking of that now?
They do rely much more on the success of their systems and software than Sony and MS do, but they’re doing just fine now. I’d worry more if they have another gen like the Wii U with the Switch’s future successor, but I don’t think that’s likely.
This author needs drug rehab with all due haste. What he’s on will have horrible side effects if he doesn’t quit right now.
Shhh...the Stadia community will hear none of your logic. That shows too much conscious thought.
Yeah, but who wants to read about that? Lulz.
Nothing. It’s dead.
