I'm glad I went digital with this one then, since the only place I buy physical copies of games is EBGames (Canada's Gamestop) and Amazon.

Not to mention the PSN had the deal where you get the season pass and Liberation in one combo. So it all kind of worked out.

It's definitely a step-up for Halo, and probably one of the best looking Xbox360 games. That's for damn sure.

I wish I could play it though, so here's to STILL hoping Microsoft will release it on PC with Windows 8 (not that I want Windows 8 or anything).

I don't see how they came to this conclusion. If anything, Sony has learned from getting smacked around this generation and they'll come out swinging next generation.

People need to look at more than just sales numbers. They need to see the mentality and performance of these companies. Microsoft is in the transition of linking all their products to Windows 8, and in doing so making them available to everyone. Which if anybody knows anything about spreading resources,...

See, this sort of works two ways. This whole hacking thing sucks horribly (or at least did) for normal users who just want to play and enjoy video games (you know, the reason Sony makes PlayStation), but, it also allows Sony to beef up their security. To say the PS4 won't be hacked, tho, is kind of unrealistic.

It may last longer than the PS3 did (which was very long, and only hacked because something was stolen, which is illegal), but someone will get it eventually.

I can understand why they placed it under the PSN selection. The game tab is incredibly crowded. I feel it'll be easier to go between everything when it's changed.

Anyhow, I'm pretty happy they're still slightly modifying the PS3's features. Hopefully there are more interesting changes to come. Really stoked for the Playstation Store upgrade.

So I'm assuming E3 2013 will be showing off the big 3's new consoles. Probably when we'll see more first party support from Nintendo on the Wii-U.

But I'm more excited to see Sony and Microsoft's new console. If the rumours are true, those will be the first TRUE next-generation consoles.

EA has already spoken about them, and Sony's first party have been fiddling with the new PlayStation apparently. So I expect to see some interesting ...

It's one of those one in a million things. I know I'd be hounding them if anything didn't work the way it should on my PS3, or with the PSN. If they explained it to me in the way that the game just doesn't work in my region and I'm shit out of luck, I'd thank them for all the help and return the game, or eat my lack of research and learn from it if it were digital.

We all need to realize that nothing is perfect, and even big companies like this will h...

ALL. I'll play Halo 4 if it comes out for PC.

Sony is doing fine, I've been saying this for ages. Even during their trouble time, I knew they'd work around it.

I've been believing in Sony this entire generation (even tho I mained an X360 until about 2008-2009) when everyone claimed the PS3 was dead because of "no games", and now look, it's the ONLY current-gen console pumping out first party AAA games on a constant basis.

PlayStation is for gamers. Of course they won't be ...

If it's DLC like costumes, skins, weapons, challenge maps, etc then I agree completely.

But if it's actual story DLC, that focuses on side-characters, or something of that sort, I disagree completely.

Some DLC is made DLC because it doesn't fit the original story or flow they were going for. So sometimes content gets cut, and worked on after. Which is why some DLC comes out faster than others.

Gamers aren't entitled to every p...

This is bullshit. I've been waiting for this DLC for ages (since I finished the graphic novels), and now I have to wait even longer to play it on PS3 (or PC if I so choose)?

I hope it's only a week like how Sony and EA did it with Battlefield 3. Otherwise this shit needs to stop. It's ridiculously unfair to gamers who own and play on other platforms.

How about Microsoft takes their hands off everyone's games, and starts making some of their ow...

This is exactly how I feel on the topic of "in-game music". Out of all the time I've played on PC, or even Xbox360, I've rarely ever turned on music while playing a game.

I've actually caught myself listening to music off my iPod (at the time) while playing Xbox360 instead of using the in-game soundtrack thing.

The only reason either of the features (in-game music, and cross-game-chat) get listed as a reason XboxLive is better is to chec...

Welp, I'm a grown adult and I thought the old art-style was far more appealing than the new one. In fact, I'm pretty sure many other adults think the same thing.

This game can very well get buried in the sea of generic-looking-shooters. At least with the other art-style, it had the chance to turn heads.

Uncharted 2 was much better than 3, that's true. But Uncharted 3 was also better than most other games released in the same year. There were far more disappointing games released other than Uncharted 3. You know, like a good old game named Skyrim.

The content was great, but the execution was sloppy as all hell, across all platforms, and more so on PS3. It didn't deserve the GotY's it got, and the studio sure as hell didn't deserve "Developer of the year&q...

The only time the PS3 and Vita combo will ever do anything the Wii-U can do is when Sony actually pushes it. I'm a massive Sony fan (and even bigger PlayStation fan), but even I know right now the PS3 doesn't do anything the Wii-U is going to launch doing, and continue to do for the rest of it's lifetime. The PS3 is a PS3 and the Vita is a Vita. There is no "true combo" yet.

Although Crossbuy, Crossplay, and transferring saves is a fantastic start. We j...

Couldn't agree more.

And it's worth noting that these older games will find their way onto the PSN/XBL/eShop (or whatever Nintendo calls it) regardless of HD upgrades. So they're still trying to sell you back games you already own, just without any of the perks.

Not to mention they aren't even that expensive. It's usually $39.99 for 3-4 games and the ability to relive the games you loved to play before on your new console.

Looked at images and such, and I was very close to buying it since it's on sale via PS+. My mind pretty much changed after I played the demo.

It's a cool game, and I love the way it looks, it just doesn't play very well. At all.

Wow, I was thinking about buying another proper monitor since this is still treated more like a TV by my PC, but at that price it makes it seem better to just buy a second one. Then I'll have a two screen setup.

It'd be interesting if there was a way to use all 4 speakers from the two TV's as some sort of "mini" surround sound.

:note:
I already own a Playstation 3DTV. Just in case I didn't make that clear.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure this is the case. Since at the beginning they said they didn't want to do unlockable characters, or anything really. But after they nabbed up that guy that I can't remember the name of from Capcom, it all started to change.

Just recently they said there will be TONS of unlocks, and tons to do in the game. So I'm assuming they rethought out their game plan. Which would also explain them changing their mind on announcing ALL of the characte...

New Little King's Story, and RE6 (maybe) are all I'm getting. And maybe I'll take a look at the LBPVita DLC to see if there's anything good.

I still have a bunch of Vita games I need to finish, and even more games on my PS3. Thankfully I'll be away from the PC so I'll have time to actually finish all them.
