How exactly is it a "loss"? The game is over a year old, and has already been ported to PC. MS/360 didn't LOSE anything....Sony/PSN GAINED a good game....that's ALL.

Toy Story came out 14 years ago, and Sony was claiming the Emotion Engine would bring Toy Story level graphics to the PS2 back in 1999....and it never happened. Now, the PS3 is supposedly pulling off Toy Story visuals...which would be far less impressive, given the age of Toy Story, and the leap in tech from PS2 to PS3...yet some are still impressed. At this point, R&C should be compared to The Incredibles, at the very least...which is still about 5 years old...to be an impressive ben...
I'm guessing the protagonist will be the subject of a really cheesy love story, and the villian will look like he's wearing Power Ranger armor. ;)

If you actually READ the article, you'd know he included the MUCH cheaper Wii in this. He's basically saying that consumers who were willing to purchase a PS3 or Wii at the current/original prices, are nearly tapped out....and he's right. At this point, most people who've waited this long, are now going to wait a while longer, for the inevitable pricecuts.

Um, by 2012 or 2013, the 360 will have sold about 45 million, and will be priced sub-$200. As of right now, they have nearly a 30 million unit "head start". I doubt MS is worried about Apple taking over the gaming industry anytim...
