What about every other day prior ? :o
...there are no "new 2TB memory sticks". By the time they're available....if a new tech doesn't come about first....the PSP will be on it's 5th or 6th iteration.
...the guitar/drum peripherals must be TINY. o_0
...has been my XBL Gamertag since 2002 ; I've always been THWIP71, and I always will be THWIP71.
It's been my experience that people who change their gamertags, are typically people you don't want to play with. They generally have pissed enough people off, that they feel the need to change their identity, so they don't get booted immediately, or catch a bunch of flack when they join a lobby. I don't mind that MS charges to change your GT, because 1.) I'll never do it, and 2.) i...
The Sony fanboys were in such a hurry to approve this anti-Halo/anti-MS crap, they didn't even bother getting the headline corrected. Pathetic.
The fact that it's bundled with a 2 y.o. game that I can get used for about $20, and a voucher for a PSN game I have no interest in, really doesn't help much either.
...it's safe to say you have a low tolerance for Pain? :P
...I'm still betting on the next XBOX having something like a beefed up all-purpose chip, like Larabee, with at least 2-3 Gigs of RAM.
If EVERYONE is so certain the PS3 Slim and pricedrop rumors are fact, who in their right mind would think this is a good deal NOW ?
....in another 3-4 years, that kind of power will likely be under the hood of the next gen of consoles. O_O
...the MMO's, or mine? I plan on living at least another 40 years, and will likely be gaming for half of that. We all know the average "life" of an MMO is about 4-5 years....if they're lucky. :o
...what a bogus claim.
As others have mentioned, without a frame of reference...i.e., over what time period...this means NOTHING.
I can claim my penis size has doubled. Nobody could refute my claim...but without a frame of reference, it's pointless anyway ; I could mean since birth...which would be rather sad. 0_-
That was something that came about after Oblivion (first game that such a fix was mentioned for) launched, and only has to do with game issues, like loadscreen freezes or graphical glitches. It doesn't even work on all games, does absolutely nothing to your permanent cache, such as deleting updates.
Aren't we ALL facing an uncertain future? 0_o
....you didn't read the article, OR my post. :/
I've been clearing my cache at least twice/year, since early 2006, and it can fix a lot of little issues from loading times (both games and dashboard), to preventing possible game save problems or crashes. It only takes a minute to do it, and is completely harmless. As for the deleted updates, that's no biggie...they only take a few seconds reinstall again, the next time you play your current/favorite game(s).
What a complete dumbass. :o
...with this "guide".
My wife and I have been gaming together since we met, over 10 years ago. Most of my friends "hate" me, because their wives/girlfriends have little interest in gaming with them. Why? Because the dumbasses expect their women to fall in line, and like what they like...and play COD, Gears, and Madden with them. Not to say girls don't play those games....but those that do, are not the norm.
I know what my wife likes, and doesn't; I d...
MS has...out of necessity...pioneered a lot in compression technology. I'm still amazed by some of the early XBLA games, when the size limit was still at an astoundingly miniscule 50mb. RoboBlitz....still one of the best, and most impressive XBLA titles to date....was only 48mb, and it used UE3 to boot; the pc version was nearly 4x larger, at 186mb (which is still small).
I have never seen a LBP ad on TV, and therefore don't know/care what music it uses. However, I can guarantee you I'll see this ad hundreds of times, and therefore the song will connect me to the 360.
LBP wasn't marketed well enough, or sold widely enough, for it to lay claim to a song it BORROWED. Hell, Gears 1 became wildly popular after their first TV ad featuring "Mad World" hit...but you don't hear anyone calling it "Gears music", do you? No. In fact...
