...when you consider how the same Fed turns a blind eye to the REAL problem(s)due to stupid Constitutional technicalities: LimeWire, uTorrent, PirateBay, BitTorrent, BTjunkie, etc.....are all allowed to exist, even though their users are "breaking the law" by doing so.
Torrent sites and software should simply be outlawed, and shutdown, if the "services" they provide, lead directly to people breaking the law.
Very cool tech, but not really applicable to gaming. But, Natal appears to incorporate aspects of this tech already, so something very similar could come to consoles next gen.

If you didn't get ALL the collectibles, you didn't "beat" the game...just finished the story/campaign.
Technically, Cliffy and others WEREN'T lying, as they were likely talking about 1 play through, taking your time to explore and find ALL of the collectibles.....which is how I ALWAYS play games.
I laugh at non-gamers, who rush through games, just so they can say "LOL...I beat that game in X hours".
...zero damage, and the ability to bounce off of cars/guardrails at 100 + mph? ;)
By now, they should ALL be under $10 (well, I suppose with the exception of those rare jap imports or something). 0_o
