On the list, Super Mario and Punch-out were the games I've spent so much hours on that I developed numb-thumb. DuckHunt was a blast with the guns. There were so many games developed for this platform that it was difficult to look for more time to play them all. The audio, music, and sound effects of the NES games are so memorable.
Yes triple is great.
In addition to getting two more monitors, I gotta buy me a bigger table for them LOL
LOL - let's blame that on the pilot who doesn't question orders and thinks 2D.
I hope Steam won't fold because if they do, there goes all the games I paid for. I don't see them doing that in the long term as long as it has widespread use and support from consumers. On the other hand I like the concept of being able to download and play any game in your library in any computer anywhere in the world with internet connection.
Fallout New Vegas cost $49.99 in Steam while a boxed copy at BestBuy cost the same. I like having boxes on my shelf so I ...
I love this game!
For PC gamers with Nvidia cards, download and install the 260.99 drivers to significantly boost graphics performance with anti-aliasing on. I'm running 8x AA and it's now smooth as silk after installing the drivers. Before without the driver, I had to turn off AA to keep the Frame rate high.
You're quite right - if you ask me, Windows 7 is the best OS that they have made so far - I NEVER had any Blue screen at all since the day I installed it.
I was educated once before that MS makes some so called a "Red Flag OS" every now and then. Windows ME and Vista were Red Flag OS's. It was MS's subtle way saying to the 3rd party hardware/software manufacturers to work on advancing their products (hardware or software) to the next level, otherwis...
I played this game 6 hours straight of 56 total last night and no crashes at all. I am playing the PC version. This game is so rich in content, quests, and places to visit.
The latest Nvidia driver has fixed the issue about the game being choppy with anti-aliasing on. Now it's smooth to play with 8x Anti aliasing on my GTX 275 card. I don't remember the game being choppy with many NPC's yet after applying the driver though.
@raf1k1:
I agree - this game is huge and not linear (I cant take on quests from places at the south of map and some players can do the other way, or east/west). I'm level 21, and 48 hours of gameplay I have come across 6 crashes, but I could quickly get back to the game. (FYI my version is PC).
There was only one quest bug I encountered when I killed an NPC who was a problem of another NPC (who asked me to kill him) - when I reported back, I told the ...
I only bought the regular copy, but after playing the game for hours I wish I just went straight to a collector's edition. I don't know if there's a PC version of it though. Damn, Steam clocked my gaming time at 48 hours and I only had just entered the Strip. Yikes!
Nice one. Weirder if you sound like the voice in the game.. :-)
You are quite correct. One bubble for an intelligent statement.
In my 15+ hours experience I can see New Vegas is more stable than Fallout 3 - In FO3 the random crashes were very frequent (even by a mere quick flick of the mouse to look around, the game crashed), but not so in FNV. In total I had 3 crashes for the PC version, but I loaded up the game less than 30 seconds afterwards, not big deal.
I'm always looking beyond the glitches because I know there's lots the game can offer. 15 hours in, I still don't feel prepared to...
Sweeter that way.
@MegaMohsi
Just one crash when I shot at an NPC I thought was lunging towards me (his companion went hostile on me). Other than that, New Vegas seems to be more stable than Fallout 3 (initially, at least). One Clipping problem with a hostile Powder Ganger stuck on a mound chest deep but I'm used to waving off minor bugs like these for a large game like Fallout. Nothing is perfect. Kind of funny and weird to see that,too. I had to mercy kill that Powder Ganger execution ...
I'm glad I resisted reading the reviews. :-) I didn't need to read any more reviews before deciding to purchase because I knew I wanted ***More*** Fallout 3 after Broken Steel and Point Lookout.
is 30.
PS3 is 2005 Technology released in 2006. Before anyone over reacts, I have a PS3 that I game on, too.
That should be a winner.
I second that. Run duplicate on a 40"+ inch LCD HDTV, have you tried it? I've got an Xbox360 Controller for PC, I sometimes play Fallout 3 with that because I don't a have a small table to put in front of the TV for the mouse and keyboard.
IW got carried away with the "cool factor" of those perks and killstreaks, it got out of hand. In COD4 there were only three killstreak rewards and after the 7th kill there was none to be had, so crediting kills from an airstrike to a chopper wasn't a big deal.
Tuesday is almost upon us!
