I'm a fan of MGS but you are really exaggerating things. All the MGS games have a very similar kind of gameplay and story telling. Halo has evolved a ton over the years. I don't understand why people that have obviously never played the Halo games try to lie and say things that are blatantly false.
That's not true. They did not say it about Halo ODST.
The other ones pretty much were better than the previous games in the series so they were being accurate.
I'm crossing my fingers for this one. I absolutely cherish my copies of Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, but I would love to play enhanced versions of them with trophy support. They are two masterpieces.

Halo has always had exceptionally good AI and if you had actually played it you would know that.
Except when you had to turn it upside down to get it to play. But man did it have some great games!
Yeah, I'm good with the amount of competition in the market now. Microsoft and Sony competing for the HD/hardcore gaming market with a little cross over into the casual market, while Nintendo caters mostly to the casual market with a little cross-over to the hardcore market. I think it works out perfectly the way it is. We have just enough competition to keep the industry from stagnating, but not too much to the point that it becomes confusing or detrimental.
I like my 360 S a lot. It looks cool, runs cool and is pretty quiet.

Swapping discs are HUGE deal, but mandatory installs are no big deal.

Why is everything you say exaggeration and skewing of the facts? The PS3 is easily my favorite console, but I despise dishonesty.
You pretend there is a major problem of DVDs getting scratched, but I have never had a problem with scratched discs on my 360.
If you hate the 360 there are plenty of other things you could complain about. When you stretch things and exaggerate it just makes you come off as a big fanboy.
PS3 is my favorite console, but where are these bigger games on the PS3 that Blu-ray supposedly allows for? So far all the biggest games I have played have all been multi-platform games that fit on a DVD.
I basically agree with Montrealien. I love that my PS3 has Blu-ray to play Blu-ray movies and it kind of nice that those few games that need it can fit on one disc, but I am not going to jump on the bandwagon of exaggerating how important it is.
No, this will not be the last Halo. 343 Industries is taking over the Halo franchise and some of the members of Bungie are part of 343 Industries. We will probably see Halo 4 on the next Xbox.
