The game that automatically pops into my mind in terms of graphical splendor in 2010 is God of War 3. It's such an amazing-looking game.
I also agree that Alan Wake deserves a spot on the list. It was the best looking game I played on my 360 this year.

I have to basically agree with this. Microsoft's support of the 360, in terms of exclusive games, is abysmal.
I thought they did pretty good last generation, but in hindsight I now realize a lot of the reason they even got many of those console exclusives was simply because the Xbox was the only console that could do a reasonable job running those games. While the PS3 is also my favorite console and if I could only own one it would be the PS3 without a doubt, why would people sell their 360s if they already have one? You would get practically nothing for it and besides, there are still the occasional good game that comes out for it. Alan Wake was a good game, Halo Reach was a good game, Gears of War 3 will probably be a good game.

Even though I am not sure Agent will come out in 2011 I still have to say that your list shows exactly what I was talking about in my other comment. 2011 for the PS3 is by far the best lineup of exclusive games that I have ever seen for any console.
I don't know if it's the "year of the PS3", but I know for sure that the PS3 is carying way more than its fair share of hardcore gaming, especially in 2011. There has never been a comparable lineup for any console that I can remember. The PS3's exclusive lineup in 2011 is simply the best I have ever seen for a single console.
I always call out fanboys of either console, but what you said is really absurd. Uncharted 3 easily had the best real time visuals I have ever seen in a game. What are some of you talking about? I think it looks absolutely great. Definitely better than most other shooters on consoles, from Black Ops to Home Front to even Halo Reach.
The lighting has been dramatically improved over Resistance 2, much the way Gears 3 has dramatically improved lighting over Gears 2. But animation and particle effects are also noticeably improved. I thought it looked stunning.
Even though the trailer didn't show much gameplay, the stuff it did show was utterly amazing. Both the water and fire in those very quick ending clips looked better than I have ever seen in a game.

Haha that's exactly what I thought too. After the Uncharted 3 trailer was over it was like the show was over to me and nothing else mattered.
I'm honestly not trying to hate, but the 360 just felt so irrelevent at this year's VGAs. The PS3 had a much stronger presence. Resistance 3 and Uncharted 3 are both huge games. God of War 3 received several nominations. There was a new Killzone 3 trailer in the commercials (at least it was new to me). By itself, Uncharted 3 was by far the biggest part of the event.
I don't see how anyone can really be that disappointed. There are already an insane amount of PS3 exclusives coming next year. And that's not even counting all the awesome multiplatform games like Dead Space 2, Deus Ex HR, Rage, Mass Effect 3 etc.
It's already overkill for my bank account.
I don't really see how we can draw any conclusions from this. The gun on the left is aimed downward which could more or less fit in with the gun position of the character in the right side. The gun position of the left isn't really clear.

I find their comments hilarious because any remotely impartial gamer on this site knows that it is much easier to say good things about the PS3 on this site than good things about the 360. Making negative comments about the 360 will actually often get you lots of agrees and bubbles.
I like both consoles, but somewhat prefer the PS3, and even I know this.
Even on the 360 it is a pretty nice looking game. Only the aliasing held it back a little bit.
