The problem with that theory is that these low quality internet videos actually don't show the full extent of the differences that you will see on a high def TV. No, I disagree on every account. I own both consoles and I like my 360 better overall. It has been perfectly reliable for me, has more games I want to play, equal or better performance with multiplatform games, a better contoller, and a more full-featured online service with the best online community out there.

Yes they will. Most core owners already have a 256MB memory card just for saving their games and if they don't Microsoft gives them one for free or their choice to buy a 20GB hard drive for $20. MS has everybody covered.

Actually, the thing that I've seen that it looks the most closely to is their own windows media center extender interface. Avatars have been around for ages and I think it is silly for anybody to act like Nintendo invented them. The video game industry in general has proven itself to be more resilient in general during a recession and I think MS have positioned the 360 very well for this holiday shopping season. Great price, along with some great games like Gears of War 2 and Fable 2 will definitely help the 360 to do well.
The 360 kicks butt on software sales. I know I buy most of my multiplatform games for my 360 just because most of them look better on the 360 and also because I like the controller better and have a much bigger network of friends on LIVE than on PSN. Lots of good exclusives on the 360 and some on the PS3.
That's just idiotic. Down 2 to 3 times a week? The only time I have EVER had a problem was last year. Xbox LIVE has been extremely reliable for me.
