Wow. Somebody REALLY overusing the handbrake.
Looks like a nice idea. Can't see it living up to Portal though...
I did read somewhere that you could play the whole game, minus one or two missions without ever using shift.
Really? I'm a bit of a fan of it I'm afraid. I think it works perfectly, bringing a new (unrealistic but interesting) edge to the gameplay.
I think the only problem with it is that it may be a little ahead of its time.
Each to their own I guess. I thought the demo showed that the game had a lot of potential personally, and the shift ability made the online game modes very fresh feeling.
Meh. Driv3r got terrible reviews, and I've spent the last two days playing that, and thoroughly enjoying it, even though it's horrendously outdated.
EA should really drop Need For Speed. It's gone past its "Best Before" date, and needs to be dropped in favour of something that more easily matches today's market, rather than just revamping an old series.
@ pixelsword
Are you saying that you don't sin? While I don't deny that your general point is fairly close to scripture, I am shocked at the way you are going about it.
Do you deny that Jesus loves us all?
Again, I agree in part. That probably did happen in the past. BUT, as I said, I'm not interesting in building up an army; I'm interested in people coming to know the love of Jesus Christ.
My point about relationships maybe being distracting is simple: Without Jesus, the relationships I had were completely and utterly meaningless and empty. I am now in a relationship with someone, and we are fully trying to base our relationship on the love that Jesus has shown to both...
@ kurac
I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. I completely agree with your last sentence; "It's the same kind of sin like straight sex out of marriage."
I'm not looking for "recruits". What I'm personally interested in are two things:
1) Individuals coming to know the Lord Jesus and following his commands and the way of life he taught. I'm not at all interested in thinking about the number ...
Hey mate, I'm sorry you've had such a bad experience. I want to apologise if I overstep the mark here, but I just want you to consider something that you may or may not have heard before.
Do you think it's possible that God may have designed you to be gay, not as a punishment, but because it is a gift, just like anything else?
I'm not saying that practising homosexuality is right; I believe that it is something that it is wrong to physically a...
As a follower of Jesus, I believe that the lifestyle that I have been shown through the Bible is intended for those who wish to be disciples of Jesus.
It is not any follower's place to start telling unbelieving people off for being homosexual. To do so undermines Jesus on a very serious scale.
Fair enough. I personally would if the console was pre-owned. I suppose it varies from person to person.
The past is on the phone. He wants his news back.
Sure this was posted a few days ago... :)
Strange that the parents go immediately to blaming the company, when they themselves could have also checked it. Also interesting that one of their main arguments (one of two arguments that they make) is that it could make them look like bad parents.
It actually doesn't look as terrible as I first thought. It's nice to see kayaking in a game at last!
However, no matter how much I try to avoid it, I can't help reading the game's title as "MotorStorm Apocalypse"!!
My personal list includes none of these:
- Jak and Daxter Trilogy
- Ratchet and Clank Original Trilogy
- TimeSplitters trilogy
And that's about it. But to be fair, I can only suggest games for HD remakes that I've actually played. And many of those I wouldn't buy again with the exception of the three above.
Me either. They could either make the game, or break it. If they're easy to control, and fast, with no weapons (or very limited weapons), then they'll be a great addition. Otherwise, they'll break up the experience probably, and nobody will use them.
Speaking of which, imagine if the likes of Pro Skater 4 were around today. They could be releasing new levels as DLC every month. And exclusive characters, possibly even based on Sony/Microsoft exclusive brands. Okay, maybe too far.
This looks like a great addition to the game!! :D
