I should've known it would have been a Move title. I'm honestly starting to get a bit excited for Move. I don't want to because I don't want Sony or the industry to get the idea that this is where things should go, but I can't help it!

Nintendo's conference is making me want a Wii, while Sony's conference is getting me pumped for Move. I feel uncontrollably hyped to play RE5 on Move, since RE4 felt so right on the Wii. That, along with the pleasant...

Looks like Patcher wasn't "joking" after all. It was a great reveal and looked to play very nicely.

Another that I got excited for was Portal 2. I found the first one so innovative and fun, that my jaw dropped after hearing the voice of GlaD0s in a Sony press conference of all places. And with the announcement of Steamworks on the PS3 version, it looks like I might have to stray away from my laptop and play it on my PS3 so I can get on the big screen. I love it ...

True. E3 isn't a convention solely for gamers. It's a convention for the industry, media and corporate business. In fact, the amount of gamers showing up at E3 is what caused it to get downsized for a year or two.

I didn't care for the new ad campaigns, but they did show more for gamers than they did for anyone else. I also think that big PSP campaign was Sony's way of saying "We're gonna give the PSP one last big push before we bring a new one in.&qu...

That new 360, date and price must have not done much for him. It did kind of get about the same about of buzz, surprisingly.

Too much for the Nav. Good thing you can just use your DualShock 3 if you don't feel like spending the cash, though.

I didn't notice that, but the truth is, it doesn't need to at the moment. As long as the fans want the games they deliver, they're going to keep cranking them out no matter how old they are.

New IPs would be nice, but let's be honest here. The Wii has only sold games that are either casual or for the core, which are old IPs. Starting a new IP on the Wii will probably be the most challenging. Maybe on the next system.

Probably TGS. Agent, however, was surprisingly missing.

Damn it Sony, couldn't you have announced some more games early so we can have more room for the other exclusives we were looking forward to? It sounds crazy saying they have too many exclusives, but.... they have too many exclusives!

Which is a good thing.

Holy shit, take it easy, dude....

1. You're link did nothing
2. They left a lot of things out of the conference, including this? Possibly.
3. Firmware 3.40 is coming next week to allow PSN+ and possibly other features.

I knew they had to cut out some stuff. Oh well.

It's like their conference is still going!

Well....

1. Sony introduced the Slim, which used 33% less power.
2. Nintendo's console might as well be considered a hybrid.

.... because it was put up on Sony's official PlayStation website. lol

They didn't have time to announce it. They had to rush by PSN+. All the details are in the PSN+ page of the website.

@below: http://www.thegameraccess.c...

It was the site where they release Press Releases.

They had a nice balance.

Probably the same reason why it took so long for the 360 to support multiple-person chat rooms when the PS3 had that from the beginning.

You'll probably never know.

You'll need a PS3, bro.

Did you not just see the two mind-blowing, back-to-back conferences from Nintendo and Sony?

MS wins E3..... I'm not one to usually say this, but you have GOT to be delusional to see that.

After 3 E3s of bad conferences, Nintendo finally shows something that has core gamers excited. I'm proud of them.

Sony did what I knew they would do, but added some very good buzz-worthy announcements, as well. Exclusives, exclusive deals and some impressive Move stuff really had Sony up there with the best conference this year.

I actually think Sony and Nintendo share that number one spot. It's up to you as to who had the games YOU were most looking ...

What?

"even if they aren't members of PlayStation Plus"

So even if you don't have PSN+, you still get the feature. You won't have to pay. Or am I reading it wrong?

5850d ago 5 agree1 disagreeView comment

I'm glad they're including automatic downloads and game trails in PSN+.

I think some of these features are very tempting, but I have to see how it works first. Didn't they say people will be getting PSN+ free for a limited time or something? Like a few weeks? IDK, they brushed by it, which was a shame. They had so much to say in such little time.

You better not be fucking with me.....

EDIT: Nope, apparently it's true. Firmware 3.40 is coming exactly a week from now. Maybe it's in there.

2.40 was big for PS3
3.40 should also :D

That's EXACTLY what I predicted.

Sony's Move games are PSN-level. That's saying a lot because their PSN games are huge and have small prices. Kinect's games selling for $60 is a mistake in my opinion, but I knew that - as soon as I heard it - Sony would have released Move games at $40.
