it would kinda defeat the purpose of buying such an expensive device. That would be like paying $200 to use the PSP as a rear view mirror for GT5. It wouldn't be enough to persuade the hardcore at all.
That's why I thought MS was limiting Kinect's capabilities. Making it button-free works wonders for dancing games, but everything else? It turns into an obstacle.
And how far can the Kinect library go if it's filled with "pet the tiger" and "dance to this song" games?
There were quite a few technical difficulties when demoing games this year. Zelda, Crysis, MotorStorm, etc.
Luckily, they're all very early and still look amazing. Can't wait for this one! I'll probably still be playing GT5 but it'll be good to have an over-the-top action arcade racer right after I'm done.
I made my own little nickname for this game.
I call it "Ninja Raiden" because it reminds me a bit too much of Ninja Gaiden.
My old 360 Original used to shut itself off, too. I don't get this...
Whenever it would get hot, I would get 1 or 2 rings (forgot which) and it would shut itself off at that time. I'm not sure what's new about this.

I'm not one to pick on Patcher. I don't call him on his predictions, nor do I hate on him because of his "guess work", but I have to point this little quote out:

First there were videos showing that the new 360 scratches discs (pretty easily).
Then there was a report showing that the new 360s apparently get RROD in the form of a Dot instead.
Then there were pictures showing 360s on the verge of overheating.
I wouldn't be surprised if it's still faulty. I'm sure MS's idea was to give it a new coat to hide the fact that it still has problems and have the public b...

Didn't Sony say they have a major ad campaign with Coca-Cola? Aren't their ads gonna start launching close to the Move's launch?
Hasn't Microsoft already began advertising Kinect? Didn't they have their conference showing Kinect on all those channels?
Just checking. Whoever gets most time in public will get noticed more. Sony hasn't even started their campaign yet while MS has been doing so since last Sunday. This was kind of expected.

I was impressed with their conference on a lot of levels, including the fact that they made non-believers, believers!
I was skeptical of the Move. They said they were going to make it fun for the hardcore, and I didn't believe that for one second (even with SOCOM 4). Then they showed some more at E3 and it actually got me excited, especially with RE5 getting support.

I think all three forms of motion control are just evolution and not revolution. People like to give Nintendo credit for motion control when many have done it in the past (I'm talking even past Sony).
Unfortunately, not everyone who did things first get all the credit. It's just a case of being in the right place at the wrong time for those guys.

I don't really care for her that much at all. She reminds me of this girl I had a thing with in high school. She had the most amazing tits, but was all about attention. The best way to teach those kinds of girls a lesson is to ignore them or not give them attention. Unfortunately, G4 stuffs her wherever they possibly can.

By the looks of the attention towards Kinect, I could see them pushing that more than anything IF it becomes successful. That's just the way they are. They follow what moneypile looks biggest.
If Kinect is the next big thing by next E3, I see that conference going worse than this year's. Hopefully that won't happen, but obviously they're riding on motion now, with their trusty Halo and Gears being the back-ups. Who can blame them? There's a lot of money to...
If they hadn't I'd imagine this game taking an extra three years to launch. Why fix something that wasn't broken?
