Wrong post.
Kinect was demoed yesterday.
Trust me. If I could, I would. For now, I have to go by what people have said and those people HAVE tried it. No sitting for them. Do I believe the ones who tried it, or the ones who are trying to make bank on it?
Until they actually show us with no strings attached, I'm calling bull.
Kill them. Then continue to do so. They'll eventually get pissed because you're better than them.
Decided to make another account, eh GROL? I can see you joined yesterday.
Anyways, thanks for being the laughing stock of N4G, bro. Taking one for the team!
But Greenberg says it's the other way around!
Oh wait..... that's just in America..
How about showing us instead of just telling us?
Thanks, dead. I'll return the favor. You look like you could use some. haha
There's been other reports on this, too.
I think that officially debunks all their promo trailers for Kinect. We have no idea when this is going to release, but they better get that done by launch.
EDIT: Whoops. This is coming in November?
@below: In the first promo video that they had when it was "Natal", they had the girl driving while sitting down. In their earliest one, they showed a guy pause, fast-forward and play a movie while sitting down.
Translation: "Yeah, it's coming, but we're testing the waters to make sure the firmware introducing it is working well so we don't have to read 'PS3s bricking' articles."
At least I hope. haha
It was definitely a smart move (no pun intended) to release the Move games at $40. A consumer who looks for what kind of games these motion controllers have might look at that and compare them to the $50 Wii games and the $60 Kinect games.
I wish they would have made the price of the PS3 bundle a bit more casual-friendly (although $400 isn't too bad if they know what they're getting), but they'll probably have holiday deals for them since the Move will be out by m...
I think Nintendo had the most impressive conference of the Big Three, but I'm not necessarily more excited for their lineup. Out of all three, Sony's lineup looks to be the most meaty.
Nintendo definitely does have a great upcoming list, though. It could be their best year yet, especially with SMG2 earlier.
Like I said, they probably wanted this conference to be all about the core gamers just to shut everyone up about them being only for the casuals.
I expect it be show up at TGS.
It's because this is the time of year when we should be at least hearing something about totally new, exciting hardware. Pretty much all we got were things we already heard about in Move, Kinect and 3DS. These were all announced a while beforehand.
We aren't used to the way this generation is working. It's a strange shift that has some of us feeling disappointed. It's like living in a certain house for most of your life, which is only about 15 minutes away fro...
I think that whether someone is disappointed with the conference or not, there would be no reason to be disappointed with the upcoming lineup.
It looks to me like the strongest lineup of titles for this year and next.
Nintendo has a bunch as well, which is a welcoming change. Sony's list includes very high profile titles spread out for this year and next, including some impressive Move titles. Gran Turismo 5 has sealed 2010 for me and inFamous 2, LBP2 and...
Then why would they bother releasing Dreamcast games on the competition?
It was disappointing for you because they didn't show you exactly what you wanted to see. I'm sorry to hear that.
I got 90% out of what I wanted and that includes:
~A GT5 release date
~The Move to impress me
~Portal 2
~inFamous 2 release date (although general)
~Killzone 3 release window
~SURPRISES
~Kevin Butler
~Great-looking games
Among other things. I was satisfied with the pe...
This goes to show you that no matter how obvious things are for everyone around you, YOU still think the total opposite because you're just that delusional.
You need some rest. You've seen too much positive Sony press today.
That would be great! I was heavily addicted to SOCOM back in the day, and I'll be playing this (using a DualShock) when it launches. Co-op would be very sweet icing.
Maybe your conspiracy theory is out of hand. Why would they want to try Dance Central sitting down? That would be retarded. Obviously if they're trying to demo a game, they tried it sitting down and it didn't work.
I don't know if they actually tried it, but if they lied, they would be caught for fabricated stories then, wouldn't they? As journalists, they are not supposed to lie. They can get shut down for those things.
Until they prove sitti...
