People with sound problems, go into the sound settings of the game and make sure to set it according to what sound system you're using! The demo was set to 5.1 by default which is stupid because most people only use the TV's built in stereo speakers which makes it sound low and unclear.

Those pictures of God of War III were from the E3 demo which looked significantly worse than the final game, I'd still argue that nothing on consoles other than God of War: Ascension clearly tops GoW3 visually.

The audio problem is due to the default setting of the demo being 5.1 surround sound. Also the framerate is perfectly fine, it runs between 30-45fps and never dips below 30... hardly atrocious now is it?
It's also been said that there's been a lot of tweaks and improvements since the demo build so calm down.
