Indie games won't save the Vita...
It needs Gran Turismo, God of War, Grand Theft Auto, another Assassin's Creed, proper Call of duty and an Elder Scrolls game for the west and a Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy, Monster Hunter for the east.
If they release a few of the games above during the next 2 years the Vita can have a positive turnaround.
An Infamous, Bioshock and cool new IPs will help a lot too.
@DeadlyFire I don't see why it broke the mold but Crash didn't, that franchise was twice as big and only UC2 is considered one of the best PS3 games.
Naughty may have said Drake's story is not done after UC3 doesn't mean they are going to continue it, maybe they just meant another developer will make spin offs like Golden Abyss.

The series always looks boring and uninteresting to me before. Then Castlevania: Lords of Shadow came along and it's an amazing game! I can't wait for the sequel.
It has no chance at outselling God of War: Ascension but hopefully it'll come decently close and will be a huge hit for the studio.
This is why I hate Naughty Dog, they are unbelievably arrogant. I mean, in 24 years they've only created 1 game that averages in the 95% range (92.5-97.5) whereas Sony Santa Monica created 3 in a row in 14 years whilst sharing their time helping tons of other developers on their games, so why are they so big headed? They aren't that great.

If it's a first party game I'm expecting a new GoW or GT. If third party I hope it's a Vita exclusive GTA.
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow is one of the best looking games this generation, I expect the sequel to be somewhere between God of War III and God of War: Ascension visually which is insane for a multiplatform game.
After God of War: Ascension turned out kind of disappointing I'm hoping that Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 turns out amazing!
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow is the best and most successful game in the series. It makes me sad that Mercury Steam will not continue with the series but I'm just happy that they're going to deliver another masterpiece before another developer takes over... hopefully they don't ruin everything.

You can try to make up specs and talk about them as if they're facts all you want, at the end of the day if Sony developers can makes games look as amazing as God of War: Ascension, The Last of Us, Beyond Two Souls or Killzone 3 on the PS3 and the PS4 is what, 10 times more powerful, the games next generation will be near enough film quality.

lol, what? Yes DmC averaged a respectable 85% on reviews aggregates, it didn't sell over a million though, it shipped over a million.
