1.) I seriously doubt even SONY would be so bold as to flat out copy the exact design of their competitor(who happens to be handing them their ass)......and simply call it a "redesign". Sure, they've ripped Nintendo off plenty in the past, but that would be definite lawsuit material.
2.) It says "PS2P" on the logo, rather than PSP2...which would indicate a photoshop blunder, in an otherwise slick PS job.

MS has been backing PC gaming from the beginning, REGARDLESS of any new versions of Windows, so why does he think Vista will be any different? MS wants the PC and 360 to grow TO-GE-THER, hence the cross-development, and 'LIVE Anywhere' strategy. These PC-centric devs, like Valve and Crytek need to get off their f*cking high horse, and realize they wouldn't EXIST without MS's support.
Besides, VALVE will sell far more copies of HL2:E2 on the 360/PS3, than they could ever hope to sell ...

He went on hiatus for a bit, after he was through with the heavy promotion around it's release last November. He's Project Lead and Design Director for the Gears franchise, and is going NOWHERE.
Also, this is hardly news, since everyone knew there'd be a sequel ; Cliffy B. and Mark Rein have both stated this was tentatively planned as a new flagship franchise for Epic and Microsoft.
