They need to split skirmish and elimination. You have the option to select your preferred mode but you can still be put in a match in the mode you didn't want. That needs to be fixed.

I agree. Fits with how they typically release GoW games. BUT, it could be one of Sony's counters to Scorpio this holiday. If so it may come out in Nov. Something like a 2TB PS4 Pro Bundle with God of War for the same or less money than the Scorpio would definitely be an awesome deal.
I spent well over 12 hours in the closed beta and about 15 hours in the open beta (PS4 for both). I can't wait to get my hands on the final version today. I don't think the game is going to sell millions of copies but I do think it is going to have a very strong community of gamers. There is no other game like it.
This is not news. Everyone who has followed this game knew there was going be a season pass. The Gold Edition, which you could have pre-ordered months ago, explicitly says it comes with the season pass. All future maps are free DLC for this game. Plus, new characters in the season pass can be purchased with in-game currency.

Gear upgrades were off. You definitely need to invest time in the game to improve. I put in a good 10 hours into the beta and I was still learning things at the end. Really only got a good handle on about three characters out of the nine.
The Nobushi and Peacekeeper need to have their bleed effect nerfed. Other than the the balancing was pretty good. It really does come down to individual skill.
There is. Plus, all of the multiplayer levels can be played with and against bots. The AI was actually pretty good. But, the 1 v. 1 duel and 2 v. 2 brawl is something special. Extremely intense and amazingly gratifying, even when you lose.

Played the beta on PS4 for a few hours last night. Had a blast. The concept seems easy enough but takes quite some time to master.
I have both an original PS4, a Pro hooked up to a 55" Samsung KS8000 and PSVR. I decided to start RE7 in VR using the Pro. I love VR but it is sometimes difficult to go back to it after gaming on a 4K tv.

The proposed tariffs are for AMERICAN companies who decide to manufacture their products in OTHER countries. Some very strange comments in this thread. The For Honor team has consistently released new info. The game comes out on Feb 14. Basically every month on the 14th there is new info released. My best guess is this Saturday, January 14, the Beta invites will go out (closed Beta is from Jan 26-29) and the last three heroes for each faction will be revealed. The game looks great. Can't wait.
Although God of War games typically have been released late in Q1 (March) I am betting on Sony releasing this next fall in a nice PS4 Pro bundle to counter Scorpio. Q1 2017 Sony has Zero Dawn, they may have Spiderman in Q2 or Q3 and God of War would be the ultimate stop gap against Scorpio in Q4. Sometime in 2018 they will have The Last of Us Part II. The wild card is Final Fantasy VII Remake which would also be a good counter to Scorpio.
