Appreciate the concern, but I think we'll be just fine. Hope you all enjoy tomorrow's show.
That was a different team affected by the layoffs. Avalanche had 5 studios, now they have 3.
Same here. Buying more games than ever before, but they are all smaller ones these days.
This game looks gorgeous, day 1 for me as well. Time to brush up on Chinese mythology.
Towerborn is going to scratch the itch I've had for a castle crashers sequel for years. I hope it's towerborn. For some reason I feel like a compulsion game is ideal for a shadow drop. They probably have the most to prove after we happy few.
It's south of midnight
Here's where xbox steps in and releases state of decay 3 day and date on ps5.
The Coalition is two teams. The first is working on gears 6, the second teams game hasn't been announced yet, but is rumored to be the Marcus Fenix collection. Neither have been canceled. In addition, key staff members visit other studios to help with unreal engine support.
Of course that will happen, but MS has nobody but themselves to blame for opening that door. Basically, like 5-10% of the games they show at the conference will go to PS and Switch. The question is which ones. All I know is that as long as you have a pc or an xbox, you don't really have to wait or worry about it.
Perfect for gamepass. You can play it and if you don't like it, you can move on to something else and you aren’t out $70.
MrNinosan, what is the last game that set the world on fire? Red Dead? GTA likely. Not every game has to set the world on fire. Those games that you mentioned fall into the 80's meta critic, and a lot of people enjoy them. And yes, I'm excited to see some of these 2024 games at the june conference.
That drip will slowly turn into a pour
Yeah, pc players are the most patient of players. They will just wait for the game to come to pc.
Like, I can see them porting flight simulator, but not the Forza games.
I can see them porting state of decay 3, but not halo or gears.
I think sony will get blade, doom and elder scrolls 6, but not perfect dark or fable.
I don't think MS will ever go completely full 3rd party with all of their games. I can see them looking towards expanding their own mobile store and moving into Mac as ways of expanding. I'm sure ms will bring more exclusives over to ps and nintendo, but I don't think it'll be as many games as you think it will. I hope I'm wrong.
Please, no more super hero games.
That's great news. Hopefully the Coalition can smooth some of those edges from the last Avowed reveal.
Should probably just buy it on xbox with the 20% gamepass discount otherwise you'll be giving Microsoft more of your money twice.
What is the most you would comfortably pay for it?
There is quite a bit more than avowed and Indy this year. Should get some of those dates tomorrow.
