I had to laugh at your gluing the Kontrol Freeks to your DS4 sticks statement, as I did the exact same thing and they are perfect. It raises the sticks to the perfect level for comfort and precise control. I suggest it to anyone who has a PS4, you can try it without glue first... But with any type of decent play, they tend to pop off. Superglue permanently fixes that issue.
Fine by me, as this is the kind of game I want to sink my teeth in over Christmas and New Year's. When I have a bunch of time to do it. It will be perfect timing, because it will be right after all of the September/ October game releases and a few months before The Witcher 3. Giving me a few months to get everything out of this title I can, before I do it all over again with The Witcher. Cant wait!
I love these high and mighty articles telling people what they should think. It is simply a remaster of one of the best games ever made, for people who didn't get a chance to play it last generation. A lot of people had Xbox 360's and made their way over to the PlayStation camp this generation. Those people get to play one of the best games ever made for the PS3 last generation. Something everybody else should be excited about, because it brings more people over to the franchise. Some...
Good. I hope other employees they screwed get a settlement, also. Marty is a great guy and a hell of a composer. He will land on his feet and end up in a better situation, making more money, soon. Somewhere where he can actually be creative and not be pressured into recreating the original Halo soundtrack over and over again.
Game on, Marty.
Yep. The way I feel also. Im still tripping from it. Hahaha. :)
I couldnt watch two seconds of this without having flashbacks of a bad LSD hit. Tripods are your friend. :)
I understand that certain developers have been doing this, what I'm talking about is having one artist or a team of artists do nothing but create a 3-D art asset database with worldly art assets that are used over and over again throughout multiple games in multiple genres. I've talked to developers about this, and they agree that something like that should be done, but there isn't a database of anything. They can go back to their past games and grab stuff but there isn't one ...
Developers should've been doing this for years. Meaning, they should create one huge insane resolution asset base to draw from and make things look different with shaders. It would cut down on the amount of time it takes to make a game and cut the costs of rerendering assets that are no different from ones used five games before. A Stop signs always going to be a stop sign, no matter how many times you decide to render it and what resolution. The same goes for 1 million other assets that ...
You may want to have your doctor up your ADHD medication. :) can't wait to play this game. I wish they would give us this demo over PSN. Let everyone play it over the weekend. I always like when games like this get demoed at car exhibitions. It brings the world of gaming to people who generally wouldn't be interested in it.
The more gamers, the merrier.
Very cool. Cant wait to see the awesome crazy holes people make and hopefully, real life courses from all over the world.
Im wondering if the graphics upgrade will carry over to the first game via a patch. I only played a little bit of the first game, then Watchdogs came out and sucked up my time. So, I think when I go back, Im going to start over and take it all in from the beginning, without interruption. I was really starting to enjoy the game, the further I got into it. I do think there should have been more interaction with the environment and the people in it and I also thought that when you cleared an ar...
Not good news for the hard core, though only one wheel will a clutch anyways... and that wheel is $500. Even more with the clutch at over $600. So, it would take the hard core to even notice it missing. Its good they put their resources into something else for the moment and can patch it at any time. I dont know of one person who ever used the horn, in any racing game. So, its understandable they left it out. Again, if there is a large request for it, they can always patch it in.
I don't know who's worse, the person who wrote the article or the people who will ultimately approve it for viewing on N4G. I dont know how anyone could jump to the conclusion that an old adventure game is the nail in the coffin for anything, other than the integrity of the site this article was posted on. Do PC people truly think this way? If so, they need to get out in the sun more, read a few books, pay for some sex. Because why they would want the death of consoles, is beyond me. ...
I have the Energizer charging station and it works perfectly. The LEDs are really nice, as they let you know what is charged and what isn't. Orange, charging. Blue, charged. I've never had an issue with it falling over or anything else. My guess is, people try to force the controllers into it and push it over.
I've had it since launch and love it. I paid $12 for it and love the design.
It looks pretty spot on from last year. I love the fluid simulation when they shoot the paint buckets. That looks incredible. The animation also looks top-notch for a title like this. Still one of my most anticipated games. I can't wait to explore the city I was born in.
The article was flawed, because it is not take into account that the 8 GB of RAM in the PS4 is DDR5. There isn't even a PC card on the market that supports 8 GB of DDR5... And if there is, it is definitely over $1000.
I think that is the biggest advantage in the PS4 right now. Even though a little over 5 GB is useable, once they sure up the OS and get its footprint down, I'm sure there will be over 6 GB of memory usable. Which is still over what most PC graphics cards...
Yea, I agree wholeheartedly that his stroke probably contributed to his issues in the ring. But, knowing that, he probably should have declined the offer. I just hate to see legends go out on a sour note.
Your talking like you think it is real. I was in the business for many years and even owned my own wrestling fed for a few years. Cena is put over because, like him or not, he is the only guy they have working for them that advertisers request by name. He alone, has brought WWE in some major money. Though, Cena is a great guy and looks out for others in the locker room. He is the reason why Daniel Bryan got the push he did and loves giving the smaller guys air time because he enjoys the faste...
I had a chance to see Sting at a TNA taping down in Florida last November and he looked horrible in the ring. Some of these guys just don't know when to hang up the tights. It's better to go out on top then to leave a mangled mess of what your career once was.
While it will be cool to play him as a character in a game, I don't think it will be so much to see him in the ring on a WWE broadcast if he starts wrestling for Vince. Bret Hart suffered the same fate when ...
Looks horrible. Nothing like any of the E3 presentations. Looks like a first year, Indie made, Xbox 360 title. Understood, its not a linear racing experience, so the visuals wont be as good as something like Forza or Drive Club... But in no way, shape or form should it look this bad on any system.
I just hope we are looking at an internet test focus with alpha visuals... Because if not, I smell a hell of a delay happening with this game. That is, if they want to sell it.
