Me 2. I'm completely dumbfounded by their scores. I seriously think they had MGS4 bias of some sort. Or they all decided to conveniently up their standards when they've been catering to the lowest denominator for the last year or so.
FPS are difficult to new gamers period. You have to control left and right thumb analog sticks and you have more than 8 buttons to deal with. I think MGS4 is more complicated than COD4 simply b/c of the sheer number of options available to the player, but for that same reason you can do so much more.
Finally, it has to be said that Konami never intended to market this to the casual or new player. That there isn't any big ads on TV to promote it to casuals.

It looks like they still haven't fully implemented R2 graphical assets yet. You can tell b/c short of some flying drones and the rushing chimera hybrids there isn't really much to look at yet.

If you actually played Uncharted, you'd know it was a much better game to GeoW or Halo3. The game gota hail of 9 and 10s from Europe and even Japan.

Its a stealth shooter and demands methodicalness as well as patience. I don't exactly see splinter cell doing run-and-gun either. If you played the Metal Gear Online Beta, you would've known that right off the bat. Run-and-Gunners die like flies in MGS.
I would say folklore's character is even more stiff than MGS4. Dunno what you're smoking there. On the otherhand if Heavenly sword's framerates were just a tad bit smoother, I would've given it a 10 as well.
Anyway, if you're having trouble enjoying the game, stop playing it as an action shooter and play some cat and mouse games with the AI. The AI is really quite good. They will search lockers, lob grenades into a grass patch, and will rush doors if they know you're on the ot...
Wow!! This game is one of the best if not these best games I played ever. I hate throwing in the same tributes that everyone is giving about this game, but it is really really that good. Not hyped up like GTA4, or Halo3. I think the single player experience is even better than COD4, which was great in its own right.

Unlike MS campus where the opulence and grandiose accoutrements is all show, Apple's campus is very laid back. There is a super casual dress code where you can literally walk in and work with your bathrobe on. Everyone gets free apple schwag and gear. Food is fresh made by professional chef/catering and very good. Apple's employees work hard and party hard. People actually enjoy working for the company so...
