Leon, those are PC rendered shots at much higher than 1080p resolutions. Maybe you need to take some photoshop classes or go educate yourself on http://forum.beyond3d.com/ and learn about PR shots. Do you honestly think the Geow2 shots released by epic are actual gameplay shots? go compare it to the Gametrailers HD in-game video.... Nothing like it.

The gametrailers HD comparison of Mercs2 showed better textures on the ps3 as well as slightly more framerate hitch on the 360. Is it me or does Richard have an increasingly obvious platform bias?

Please, if the heating issue's been resolved MS wouldn't still be releasing new revisions without smaller case changes. The fact that the cases are still the same size and the power brick is still external means that there are still unresolved heat issues.
For reference the ps2 slim came out 3 years after the original case. And ended up having heating issues b/c of the form factor. Ms isn't going to risk that.
