That pic is most likely a fake or poor quality control on 2k's part. I've never seen any pixellation that bad on any other textures from the bathyscape to splicers. Even making the false assumption that the ps3 has problems loading textures, due to less memory... Bioshock on the ps3 has only slightly perceptible differences, that assertion has been put forth by nearly every publication.
And that still doesn't preclude the fact that r2, kz2, and mgs4 are shaping out to be far superior than any Xbox fps title to date.

If what green says is true about differentiating conversation via facial expressions in ME, then ME certainly has upped the notch on game interaction and should be lauded for their efforts. This game really shows the quality difference between first party developers and third party. That's why 360 vs. ps3 title comparisons are so pointless. You just don't see quality of this calibur from multiplat.
Ps3 1st party > 360 first/third party > ps3 third party (hopefully this will change)
