Cross play already exists in Minecraft for Xbox 360, Xbox One, Android, iOS, and PC. I'd also imagine it currently works with Windows Phone but currently do not have a Windows Phone to test it. Cross play was announced at E3. It was stated cross play will not come to "other consoles" until 2017.

Playing ROMs is by no means illegal. It is literally no different than playing a burned CD. If you own the original or have proof of purchase the content is yours.
Running emulators isn't and has never been a crime unless
1) You directly copy the coding required to execute from the original source
Or 2) You're running pirated ROMs that you do not own
Nope, ROMs can not be downloaded directly to the Xbox One. Developers of these emulators usually find a work around. One uses OneDrive content to execute, allowing ROMs to be stored on OneDrive then executed via the emulator.
Only if it's someone else's work. If the emulators involved do not directly copy the N64 environment they are someone else's original work. Selling your own work for profit is not illegal.

Xbox Scorpio is already out to devs developing titles for the system. Rather commercially available or not when PS4 Pro releases it will be behind Scorpio in every aspect.
You also noted PS5 which isn't even "specs on paper". So let's say PS5 may be less powerful than PS4 Pro even since again, it's not even "specs on paper".

Having multiple other ships attacking your one ship, particularly in the early stages of Black Flag is almost certain death. Even having your ship go against multiple Man-O-Wars requires one to have a good sense of how their ship works.

Zelda was pushed from WiiU to NX so likely is not optimized for NX. Breath of the Wild was originally planned as a WiiU exclusive. Even Nintendo's own site still only lists a WiiU version.
