It's nice to play by yourself sometimes but the option to have a person drop in/drop out with you would be pretty cool. I wish in ways Assassin's Creed offered that rather than MP. Don't get me wrong either. I think the MP in Assassin's Creed is quite fun and different. I have always wished though that say, my cousin could drop in with me and play as one of the other assassins or something.

@live2play: Actually it's kind of funny you mention CoD. CoD DOES NOT actually run native 1080p. When devs say "Full HD" it turns into more of a generalization than truth. It does not mean the game will actually run true 1080p but rather that you can run the game at that full 1080p resolution without it actually being 1080p based.

The AC games ALL support 1080p.
Also just going to state that NONE of the games have been confirmed to be NATIVELY running 1080p but it is a confirmed resolution, just like how it is and has been with the entire AC series.

Do most people commenting on these articles realize that PCs still can't emulate PS3 games to the fullest extent? The hacking "scenes" are even talking about it as a PS3 PC Emulator has been around for some time and just recently updated.

Been playing MW3 since launch. 15th Prestige right now. Activision can fix many problems of the game without a patch. It has been shown.
Patches for MW3 so far have pretty much been to introduce "new features" or make other features better, like the patch that increased PS3s recordings to HD rather than sub-HD and increased the time those recordings could run.
Opening your eyes eliminates the perks of Ghost or Assassin. It's not like they're actually ghosts you know.
... Are you being serious? I can think of multiple maps where it's actually easier to snipe people in MW3 than it is to actually move and play.

I think they might've missed an opportunity with this as a 12GB SKU would mean a lower price tag for the PS3 here plus the 12GB could potentially be used as a pretty decent media hub at least, though not a great game playing system.
My only question is, does the 12GB model allow 2.5" HDDs like the other PS3 models do? If so then it is actually areal loss since then think. You could pick up the 12GB model of PS3 and add your own 500GB HDD in for less than the 500GB mo...
As much as some might hate this, I hope Sony doesn't release a Vita/PS3 bundle just yet. As is both together would cost you around $500. While yes, a $400-$450 bundle could happen, how many are willing to buy at that price?

You could do that stuff in virtually every WWE title. Don't expect the parking lot to be exciting in WWE '12 or '13 though. Predetermined moves for the match type and the same animation around nearly every inch of the parking garage destroy that.

An OLED scope for the already existing Sharp Shooter would be sweet. Plus low res could be an understatement, but then again why would you need high res for a screen that'd essentially be less than three inches big?
Gotta agree. By buying into ELITE you instantly save $10 as all the DLC combined would total $60. Having more Vault spots is also nice plus official clans are a plus.
I'm actually happy to see that Infinity Ward is making huge efforts to keep the community happy. Introducing new modes, giving out free DLCs, LOTS of Double XP weekends... Many developers wouldn't be doing so much for their players.
