They won't bother optimizing for Pro. Scorpio is still a year away. Rockstar likely won't bother with NX as Rockstar really doesn't bother with Nintendo. Having shipped over 65 million copies 5 million also doesn't make a big difference.

So they've got PS4 and XOne to work on.

Why? Do the 60+ million who bought 360 or PS3 feel slapped because of the existence of XOne or PS4? Do the 50 million PS3 owners that didn't buy Move feel slapped because they can't play Move exclusive titles? How about the current 35+ million who didn't buy PSVR? Original Xbox One buyers that didn't get the same features as those available on Xbox One S?

If the experience is justified people will purchase rather than feel slapped.

Because it's not only the United States.

"Thanks to our fans, Xbox One was the best-selling console in September in the U.S. for the third month in a row according to NPD Group as well as the best-selling console in September in the U.K. according to GfK Entertainment UK. In addition, Xbox One was the only gen eight console to see year-over-year growth in September in the U.S., Australia, the U.K., and many other countries worldwide."

Not to mention Vicarious Visions is doing the remasters. Vicarious Visions also works on Skylanders.

It's not a reboot but remasters of Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2, and Crash Bandicoot Warped

Naughty Dog has no involvement with the remaster

That's why it's not a Crash game but Skylanders

4 is a Portuguese PEGI rating

@andrewsquall: 4 is a PEGI rating for Portugal.

For those busy stating it's fake due to the image:

Crash Bandicoot covers. This new model would not be far from previous titles on later systems.

Further the remaster is being handled by Vicarious Visions.

@both replies: Yes, yes they would unless they intended to release a game with PSOne graphics on PS4. All three titles included in this remaster are from PSOne.

PS3 remasters aren't on par with PS4 quality. PS2 remasters such as GTA San Andreas are even further away. PSOne titles would likely be worse.

If they change gameplay too much however people will complain they didn't follow the "spirit of Crash". Then by listing the three titles ...

So if you think you need it simply use Media Go to back up your PSP content. Then it's all in one place and no need to download.

3525d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

I used to.

Media Go also lets you backup your digital PSP content including games so instead of wait for a download you can simply transfer the backup.

There's nothing to show outside of updated graphics.

It's a remaster, not a remake.

Because Sony really doesn't get a say if they want the games. Crash is owned by Activision, not Sony.

Further this story states it. The games being remastered are Crash, Crash 2, and Crash Warped. Those expecting a brand new title will be disappointed.

"Sony announced the remaster of the original Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot: Warped games at E3 however no official date was given for when the remaster...

From the source:

"PSP E1000 owners

If your PSP (PlayStation®Portable) – model PSP-E1000 – does not does not have Wi-Fi you need to download your content no later than 24 October 2016."

The E model was the budget model that didn't offer WiFi.

@Kreisen: What's shocking is those trying to insist 130GB is for just one game when it's been highlighted that it's actually two games, day one patches, and future DLC. Further 130GB is a high estimate, not an exact total.

As for the iPhone 7 every one includes a 3.5mm headphone adapter that runs into the lightning cable slot. They are also sold separately for $9 if a replacement is needed. Even if that wasn't the case any Bluetooth headsets will work, not j...

...Why would you buy a 4K monitor if you're aiming to build a machine that runs 1080/60?

3527d ago 10 agree0 disagreeView comment

Yes, 130GB accounts for Infinite Warfare, Modern Warfare Remastered, and future DLC for Modern Warfare Remastered.

"The estimated storage space required for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered (Legacy, Digital Deluxe, or Legacy Pro) is a combined 130 GB. This is a high-end estimate, which includes both games and any Day One updates, as well as the additional Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered multiplayer maps to be released b...

Wow this source seriously twisted it. No surprise when it's dedicated to Battlefield.

"The Department of Justice has charged the two men with carrying out distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks against online gaming sites and media companies, as well as selling DDoS-for-hire tools and fraudulent credit cards."

They are not being charged with any sort of identity theft nor stealing credit cards but selling fraudulent ones.

Ah, cute CoD bashing as usual while crying you simply can't get it free.

Requiring the Advanced Warfare disc to be in the drive effectively stops people from selling Advanced Warfare to get Modern Warfare Remastered for free which many indicated they intended to do.

Further EA did this same thing, requiring Dead Space Extraction to be installed on PS3 then only able to run with Dead Space 2 in the disc drive.

Not to mention details ...
