Give it a Shot. You'll be happy you did. The 6v6 us so satisfying because it's not 4 guys dominating by half camping and half using the best kill streaks. Everyone feels like their on the same level
You know what's funny. CoD was good when Modern Warfare launched. And you know what's funny about that. It was 6v6........
Its also sold out most places. Just like when Infamous comes out it will fall after release, that's what happens.
And if you think that TF hasn't lived up to the hype, you're either a fanboy or not paying attention.
If the only reason you play games is for graphics, then yes be dissapointed.
The rest of us who have had to take a break after a few matches, because the action is so intense, will continue to be very happy.

I have no idea if what he's saying is true. But I do know if you think that since you haven't seen a ps4 (which I find hard to believe) that they have never sat on a shelf. I've seen ps4s at multiple retailers. And yes that's what you're attempting to infer.

I agree I've had no real with the X1 UI. I myself have a Windows 8.1 machine, and that's fine too. I dont really ask to much from my UI, except to let me get to programs/apps I want, and don't make it difficult to do so.
I feel the X1 does just that and is even slicker with the voice control. From all the talking I do to my Kinect, I think we might be in a relationship. I mean it's constantly asking me to buy stuff for it. :)

I agree there are a ton of PC gamers. But I don't believe there are a ton of hardcore PC/console gamers. While yes lots of PC gamers own a console, they will play games on PC everytime its possible (as you stated). And while yes some console gamers own PCs most aren't capable of running games at the levels PC gamers expect.
Now yes SOME people are both hardcore PC and Console gamers. But that's the exception that proves the rule.

Because the thought process is that most if not all current gen owners will move to the new hardware. And as such just need a game that will help them make that transition. And while it will be on 360 and PC since most console gamers play games on console (and most PC gamers play games on PC) if 360 owners want to play with friends who have upgraded to the X1 (which is the most logical possibility) they will upgrade too. Make sense?

Things crash that's not the issue. The real test will have nothing to do with crashes and how long it takes to come back up. It will be in things like latency, concurrent player, load times.

I'm buying MGS GZ. But to compare a 2-6 hour experience to games that have much better replay ability is just silly. If you don't like Online shooters you will never experience that replay ability and so to YOU $60 is a lot. But reviews can't review based on taste. The potential is there for TF to last an unlimited # of hours. The same can not be said for MGS GZ
