I love how people say NPD tells a different story. No they don't, as we don't have access to their story. All we get is the story from the console manufacturers.
If one console won the month by 1 unit, they would say "system X is the console everyone wants to play games on"
Or , and this is my favorite, Sony (MS has done it before to), said last month "the PS4 is the best place to play sports games, as it sold more than any other system...

The issue is you're comparing a first party game that came out 6 months after launch to a third party game that started its life as a 360 kinect game, and was changed to a controller based launch game on the X1.
It will be Halo 5 before we get our first example of hat the X1 is capable of.

I agree 100%. What I think alot of people dont seem to understand (or in the case of PS fanboys care) is that the people who own an X1 love it. Is it not as powerful as the PS4, yep, but as I've stated before can you really tell the difference? I just beat Watchdogs and if anyone tells me they can tell the difference between the X1 and PS4 version, they're either fanboys or just plain lying.

What MS was trying to do with used games, was to take the money out of the hands of Gamestop who DON'T and NEVER have helped the game industry flourish, and put it back in the hands of developers and publishers. Unfortunately Sony also lost 50% of their market share. Much of that to Microsoft.
Whats funny is Nextlevel, you dont get that even after all the bad press surrounding DRM, always on, and Kinect, X1's are still selling. yes not at the rate of PS4's but still doing quite well, with lots of exclusives incoming.

I don't get how people can say that. We've seen 30 seconds of Uncharted video that says in engine, and people are setting themselves up to think that's what its actually going to look like. That's going to be very disappointing. That's it. The best part is we've seen actual QB gameplay!

The key thing to remember is that while graphics are important, what these consoles can do in terms of immersive gameplay is far more important.
The evidence is that no one, I repeat NO ONE, who has played game on X1 that is sub PS4 resolution had any less fun then their PS4 counterpart. IF graphics meant so much that could not be said.

I would love to do a test and have people watch videos of all the games that have different resolutions on PS4 and X1 to see if they can pick out which console the game is playing on. I bet only 25% of guesses are right, and that's just pure chance. If you cant see it by the naked eye, it doesn't matter.

@Tigrex, try saying "Xbox go to, game" (or PS4 in your case) walking into the living room with a beer and some snacks. The headset is not even close in terms of convience compared to the Kinect. Plus who wants to wear a headset all the time??
@3-4-5 Yes I like having all my games in one place. And when I'm done with it I can uninstall it and download it again if I want to play it again.
The questions is do I download it, which is my plan with most games, or do I get a physical copy?

I own an X1 and love it. SO do 5 million other people. You know what's funny, you're probably one of the MANY people on this comment thread that talk about resolution that are playing games on a $700 TV, thinking games look good hahaha. 900p is unacceptable but crap TV's, that's all good.
