No one from what I read (and I read lots of sites) that owns a One is saying anything expect how much they love it. If the "issues in the power and upscaled graphics dept" were so glaring wouldn't you hear more complaints? Even the diehard fans have to face facts if its that bad...
What he is saying is NOT that 1080p doesn't look better, its that's only part of the story. For instance I have played AC4 on a PS4 and One, and I cant tell the difference. And before you say I have an old TV, I'm rocking a Panny VT60, what do you have?

Apparently the BC emulator costs something insane like $50 PER console. Both Sony and Microsoft have both said they will not lose money on the console this generation. Which I don't blame them, and hopefully it allows them to put more money into games.

The Xbox has caught so Much hell, it needs articles like this. Honestly I think it's people unwilling to look outside the box, and accept change. I didn't realize gamers were so caught up. But I guess the PS4 fanboys are louder than those who embrace change. Go Xbox!!!
I agree with you 100% a score isn't important, but people can be so hostile, if someone doesn't give a review score people will be out for blood. Though again it is about the now. I'm spending $500+ on my Xbox One, and I would like to know what I'm getting into.

In truth the question is then; why did you click on the article if you don't care? Just to bash it?
People want a review. Your not buying the console 5 years from now. Your buying it on Friday, and people want to know; what will my first 60, 90, 120 days be like. Polygon (who is very respectable by the way) is giving you that and made it very clear that they expect the game library to be awesome. THOUGH they did point out other issues, mostly UI. And that's important now, and in 5 years.
And who cares. Bring on The Witcher 3 already!!!!! lol
