Why can't the hype be about the quality of the game, and not because of ancillary things like COD overload, and lack of next gen AAA games?

Oh wait, its not just a dumb game, the rumors/hype are true! This game is going to blow anything Sony has coming this year out of the water. Oh man that must suck after so many months of hating on Titanfall; it’s starting to live up to its expectations.

On topic: world of tanks is an awesome game. I had lots of fun when I played it on PC. The developer knows their stuff.

I watched another video that talked about for the first few months they sat on folding chairs with rats in the building. Not only that the Landlord was nice enough to give them keys just so they could have a place to meet. And this is the game they make. Anyone who questions Respawn's resolve, dedication, and talent is a fool.
Since when is Infamous such a big game? 1 and 2 never got this kind of hype, or love from reviews or consumers who vote with their wallet.
I'm not saying it didn't sell ok, or get ok reviews, but man it's apparently the next GTA!
Not trolling here. But I've seen multiple at 2 Targets and 1 Best Buy. Have not looked everywhere, but where I live they are very available.

The reason I ask is because I can only assume they are the best for gamers based on the fact they're the more powerful console. The PC last gen was FAR superior to the PS3 and 360 (obviously much closer this gen).
