Can't wait to start this again tomorrow night.
I played the Beta on both consoles. And as I expected few people chat on the PS4. I don't know what it is but no one uses the headset during the 10-12 times I did the strike mission. I though this would happen, as it always did on my PS3, but strike missions need communication, and it just seems that Xbox users, are more willing to use the headset. On top of that the Skype codec is amazing and makes talking much more enjoyable.

The point still is who cares if it's not in first place? If it has great games, an awesome online community, and the best controller out there it's a great system to own. Number 1 in sales doesn't make the PS4 more fun to play.
Hell Sony got their ass handed to them last gen in terms of market share, and yet we still got The Last of Us. So people really need to stop caring who's first. If the X1 has better games to play (just saying for argument sake) does it ...
To those commenting above. These guys make good games; maybe instead of being cynical you should be supportive. Or not, and you can cheer on the loss of yet another studio. Hope you guys like CoD. Because if this trend continues, that may be all that's left.

Dont try and convince these people that the PS4 is not a "beast". If the PS4 fanboys are to be beleived, it also cures cancer, holds them when their sad, shares prfits with them, is the core for the LHC, and makes games look like real life.
So you're saying across the world MS only commands 11% of the market? Current estimates Put the PS4 at around 8.7m units, the X1 at 5m, and the wii U at 6.7m. Do the math and you will find that you have no idea what you're talking about.
in case you can't that means the X1 commands almost 25% of the total hardware market (not including handhelds)

You know I never really thought about it. Sony has their developers NON stop talking about graphics. Like when Gorilla games announced that they started work on a new game they were saying how super next gen the game was going to look, and they JUST started development. But you have 343i quite as a mouse. And you know its not cause its going to look like crap, its just they don't feel like they need to boast.

Did you see the picture posted of the NPD numbers? 190 (X1) to 230(PS4). That's the first month at the lower price point. I think with the exclusives MS is bringing to the table they'll be just fine.

Call of Duty is a FPS which leans heavily on its MP. Dragon Age is a single player RPG, made by one of the best developers of all time. Yeah it'll be fine

Yes the games this gen look better than last. BUT they also can be more; more environments, more characters on screen, more detail, more immersion, more everything. Resolution is one thing enhanced, but it is only part of the equation.

No the console choice for every gamer should be the one that has the games they want to play. I promise you I have enjoyed the multi plat games I've played on my X1 as much as the ones you've played on your PS4 1080 or not. So if Uncharted is 900p will you not play it? Of all the people that tell the difference, how many own both systems? Because even if a game runs in 720p on the X1 its upscaled. I own both systems, have tries multiple games on both with multiple people. And no one can see the difference.
Now will exclusives be the same. We won't know till games like Halo 5 and Uncharted. And I refuse to believe that what we saw of Uncharted was gameplay represtitive until I see more.
So you own an X1? I ask because I do, and all this screen tearing, and lower res that you talk about I don't see. So please enlighten all of us Xbox owners that are quite happy with the beautiful games, and experiences the X1 provides, where all these issues? I mean I play on the highest rated 60" TVs for picture quality and I love it.
Oh did I also mention I own a PS4 and have not been sold on all the power you speak of.
