But I thought all the people buying used games didn't matter because the VG market was kicking so much butt?? Oh shoot I guess feeding a greedy company that creates NOTHING was a bad decision.
This is of course a combination of factors but pre owned sales/piracy have really hurt the market.

Let me guess; there are dozens of games to buy a PS4 for? Strange how that is, especially since every genre they have games in MS has one very similar. But while those games are worth buying a PS4 for, the X1 is a hard pass?
Now is this because games like Forza, SSOD, TF, KI, MCC, Project Spark, aren't good games, therefore not worth buying a system for? Or is it that you PS fanboys are so sad that while you have more exclusives so far ...
Everyone of these articles has as the first post a PS fanboy saying why the X1 sucks. Its crazy how many people are not interested in anything the X1 has. I mean I didn't realize PS gamers were so different. But wait the games that come for the PS4 are basically the same genres. I remember in April how much everyone loved Infamous, and how it was the perfect game to get a PS4 for, but SSOD is boring and not worth buying an X1 for.

First of all the PS4 is not WAY more powerful. Slightly yes. But all this nonsense people spew about 50% more powerful is just insane. Nothing, not one multi plat looks or preforms 50% better. Not one! And before you say you'll see it later. If it's 50% more powerful NOW, it will show now. Plenty of games run differently between the two consoles, not one is 50% better.
And to those above bringing up sonys prowess with building hardware, you must not but surround sound...
Easy to do eh? The company, Blur, that did the cut scenes charges $1 million dollars a MINUTE. There are 57 minutes of cut scenes in Halo 2.
So it cost MS $57 million to do the cut scenes. Must not be that easy...

Who cares that Sony has released the most exclusives?? Most no one will ever play, and the ones people will while good are not bringing more to the table this year than the X1 exclusives.
Think about this, if the x1 released 100 exclusives this year no matter how bad you would not be like "well MS has more exclusives so they win". No its all about quality.
Nothing's ever good enough is it. Lol gamers I tell ya.

Just a correction while several multi plats have resolution disparity between the X11 and PS4. They ALL run the same. Which is the reason for the resolution differences. The PS4 isn't a super computer as this most recent CoD fiasco has proven.
Haha yeah no one ever gets excited when the PS4 has a slight victory. They've had several, but no more significant than this one.
Now that the PS4 is at a disadvantage, its no big deal, and the difference is negligible. Haha.
P.S. The PS4 is not a heavy weight boxer, a slightly taller middleweight in comparison to the X1.
Its actually kind of funny, I'm a preview member AND pre-loaded it and I didn't have any issues. I guess its just luck of the draw.
Let me guess this is a sign that the X1 is doomed, publishers are going to abandoned the console, and MS is going out of business. I mean this is N4G so I figure it must be the concensus.
What I don't understand is the general consensus among the PS fan base is give us 1080p or nothing at all. At least that's the feeling I get when I read comments all across this site. Which is stupid, but that's whole other conversation.
What I don't get is that share play the most next gen thing E V E R is only going to be in 720p. So doesn't that make it unacceptable? I thought there was such a massive difference in 720p-1080p that it makes games not wor...
The best part is the Ps4 fans have been defending Sonys choice all over the web. They act like its a 100% money grab by EA, and that Sony saved their life. If MS were to ever choose no to have EA Access, the Sony fans would be going bananas over it.

You shouldn't have said that. I mean its 100% true, but here the truth doesn't matter as the X1 is inferior in all things to the PS4. I mean the PS4 can do real life (to some people apparently) graphics and that equals good games. You are going to catch some hate for what you said but take solace in the fact that people denying its true doesn't make it any less true.

Its partly the developers/publishers fault. But its also our fault. We have been so hungry for a game to show us what this next gen is about, that every game that even seems next gen we go crazy for.

The one and ONLY way PS4 multi plats are superior is in resolution (for some) and with out big exclusives to back them up its not a good enough reason to buy a console.
If you honestly think The MCC, SSOD, FH2, Project Spark, and Oni aren't more compelling reasons than 1080p to buy a system you're crazy.

People keep acting like MS buying exclusives is any different than what Sony is doing. Buying studios is the same thing as buying exclusives. And your biggest concern is MS rinsing and repeating when Sony in just a few weeks will release TLoU for the 3rd time in two years. MS this gen SO FAR has had much more diversity in its AAA exclusives compared to Sony. Not to mention what is basically Daemon Souls 3 launches in February. Sony is not showing much originality, again...
