What? Better games? Like The Last Guardian, Persona 5, Street Fighter 5, Uncharted 4, Horizon,The Drake Collection, and the fact that multi plats usually play quite well on it.
3 of the 6 games you are so proud of you won't see until 2016, 2 others have no release date at all and 1 is a remaster (which people on N4G bashed the X1 when MCC came out) so your better games argument is weak at best.

The PS4 controller is by far the best DS controller ever made. But it's still behind the X1 controller in build quality, stick control, battery life, and size(too wide).
I've talked to many people who prefer the PS4 and they have done things such as swap out the sticks on an DS controller with those of a X1 controller.
In terms of dead zones are you using the latest firmware?

I have to agree with TheRandomOne. Its 100% ok to be excited about it but the game better be perfect after being in development for so long. Sony showed that game because they knew how people would react. To not have a release date though would make me nervous. That's just lame, and kind of mean tease.
Wait are you saying that the graphics looked like Gears 3? The dark tone of the demo made the guaranteed increase in fidelity are to tell. Not your fault its the developers but if you think a tent pole franchise wont see major enhancements your thinking crazy.
I agree UC looked amazing but its not hard to tell that in a desert in board day light. I wish MS would have had a better demo but Gears still looks amazing.

The X360 controller was 10X better than the DS3. The X1 is an even better X360 controller as is the DS4. Now granted the DS4 is far and away better than the flimsy pos that was the DS3 but that still puts it behind the X1 controller. On top of the known issues of poor battery life (in comparison) and poor quality (thumb sticks mainly) on the DS4 'and you once again arrive at the fact the X1 controller is the best controller on the market. Facts are fun though right?

ON TOPIC: The Witcher 2 was amazing, and while I'm only a couple hours into the W3 its so much easier to complete and thus enjoy quests. I would run around for what seemed like hours trying to find the things the quest book is telling me to find.
The reason the X360 did better than the PS3 has nothing to do with a year head start. It had to do with the fact that it was a better system overall. From the controller, Xbox live, exclusives, to features. It was just an overall better console.

The average gamer buys 6 games in the entire generation? That's just dumb. BUT install base is a big deal. All the hate you and others can bring matters little because MS is celebrating this as it means that's more people to buy games and media on their console. Say what you want nothing will change that this is good news for MS

I love comments like this. Would you rather have EA not make money and go out of business? These companies already charge to little for what they make. Games are at least (on average) 50% bigger(in either graphics, gameplay, story, or all the above) than they were in 2006. Yet here they are still charging what they were charging in 2006. What do you expect them to do? 8 studios, a map 30% larger than that of ACU. ALL of which to make the game bigger and "better" ALL of which we would complain if they didn't.
