The real question is if the reviews were say 8's across the board would you still be talking about how you don't trust reviews anymore?
No people would be praising the reviews and saying how much they agree with them. Its only an issue when you don't like the reviews. Then its MS/journalists/reviewgate/Inte l's fault. But in no, way, shape, or form is the game to blame for its poor reviews.

It was overhyped because everything Sony puts out is considered gold the day we find out the title of the game. No gameplay, feature list, or story is necessary. Its officially the killer of what ever app it competes against on the X1.
Its automatically assumed that because the PS4 is more powerful (by how much is still debated) than the X1 that games will automatically be better. Many have tried to be the voice of reason and remind those who haven't been playing games...

Oh and on those who say I'll just buy it pre-owned all I have to say is F*** you. Because all we need is for another studio to close. because of parity you ASSUME its cause of the X1 when it could very well be because of the PS4's CPU. So you'll still buy it, love it, but wont give the money to the people who created it. That's far worse than parity.

It's super important people support new IP. But pre orders mean little to me since online retailers don't take any money to secure the preorder. So it's easy to pre order and just as easy to cancel.

I don't know why EA would try and do any negative PR against CDPR, or The Witcher. Its not like the market is saturated with fantasy RPG's. There is plenty of room for both to exist.
On top of that Dragon Age is poised to be fantastic. If it delivers no one is going to say "well I was going to buy but with The Witcher coming out in 4 months I'll pass"

Guess what I've been playing games for 20 years and compared the screen shots on a retina display Mac and unless you look for them you can't see the differences (and I mean really look). PES is more detailed zoomed in. I like many play with the camera zoomed way out and at that distance FIFA looks much better. The pitch alone in FIFA is dynamic, where it is not in PES. There have been several gameplay comparo videos done on YouTube (all of which were based on the demo version of each game) and the visuals of FIFA 15, win out.

The best part is when Titanfall launched the same people defending Drive clubs lack of content were the same people saying Titanfall was a barebones game, and that no game should be launched missing content.

The bubble system on N4 G is based on user votes. So if you say things good about the X1, or defend it you lose bubbles. If you troll X1 articles and say bad things or say something good about PS4 on a X1/PS4/Wii/PC/Sega Saturn story you get bubble ups.

Haha its just not ok that you said the X1 will do well. Its sad that all the gamers who are against the X1 will miss all the amazing games that will come to it. You can't win man, the people on N4G love X1 hate articles. The X1 is doomed because it's not selling as well as the PS4, ok. But if you mention the situation Sony as a company is in, it's 100000% irrelevant the PS brand will save Sony yadda yadda yadda.
