The biggest thing it sounds like EA did to counter the Real Madrid game (or fast offensive play in general) is make the defenseman much more agile. If you make a slight move in 15 you can completely blow by the player with the ball. Hell they could be holding the left trigger and you tap B and all of a sudden the player with the ball is now two arm lengths in front of you and you've lost them.
$80 is not ridiculous for a game in 2015. $60 is ridiculous for a game in 2015. We've been paying the same for games for almost 11 years! You do realize games are 50% of not 100% bigger and deeper than they were 11 years ago. If developers could make more money there would be more of them and games.
There is no battle for second place. The Wii U will never catch the X1.
@Below
THATS fact.
The thing is the dead space stories were great so we know Visceral can do,story
I don't think not having a conference hurt Sony but it did give MS more momentum than they had before Gamescom.
Well said 4Show
Well said.
Agreed
A. MS have FULLY repaired the damage they did at the start, except to the people who don't want to see it.
B. Going into the X360/PS3 gen MS had little in the way of a player base and look at what they did to Sony who had 80% of console gamers (if not more)
C. The X1 has a very strong player base and it will continue to grow with all the great moves they are making.
The reason all these articles are coming out has little to do with the success of the PS4, but the hit after hit the X1 has landed in the so called "console war". Just look at the comment sections on X1 articles, outside of talking about sales the X1 is receiving all the positive news and reactions from fans, and has been for months.
If at this point there is anyone who still doesn't believe the X1 brings amazing value and experiences to the table of hungry ga...
When the title says "won Cologne" aren't they referring to Gamescom? Which IF that is what the writers meant, than yes MS won Cologne.
MS came to impress and they did just that. They brought the games, value, and innovation.
Its ok MS did well, and its ok that Sony is outselling them. Sony is selling more, and MS is being more aggressive.
That's funny you guys say he's trolling, yet when I beat TLoU, and BB, I experienced just that; 4-6 hour battery life.
The thing is guys the DS4 controller is absolutely the best controller Sony has ever made. Its unfortunately still behind the X1 especially in battery life.
The only, other times it's worse is when anyone at ND do ANYTHING there's an article. I'm pretty sure I saw an article with the title "ND artist bought new pair of pants, Sony and uncharted are the best ever" not sure why all that was in the same article but that's N4G for you.
OT: the MP in this game does seem really cool. Truely making your own path seems like it could make it hard to find an enemy.
The funny thing is last year MS released The MCC; 5 games, a tv show, and an 80 Map MP mode for $60. It sounds like MS has nailed the value game.
Alien Isolation is the scarcest game because you are constantly feeling the tension and you have an enemy who's always there that you cant kill.
The 24 hour check in was ONLY because you could install the entire game to the console and not use the disk. The check in was put in place so that a person couldn't just give the disk to a friend to play it too.
I loved the always online pitch because the idea of installing a game and putting the disk away appealed to me greatly. The issue is if you missed a check in the console wouldn't work. That's a very tough pill to swallow.
You're 100% right.
I kind of thought the E-sports thing was cool. What didn't you like?
I agree the FF demo seemed like a very rough cut that they started working on yesterday. Though the fact you could see dried tears on her face was nuts.
So does Remedy.
Im sure people are having a wonderful time but I feel like Destiny should be launching this September. Imagine how different of a game in terms of content and gameplay it would be. Destiny should have had a 6-8 month closed beta like most MMO games do that is large in scale and near content complete.
