Easy explanation lol, there is something common between them. They are prev gen games that came out in this gen lol, both games are on PS3 and Xbox 360 (Not FFIV) as well. So as long as we are counting prev gen, OK, there are some games that run on the current gen 60 fps.
Xbox One can't do 720p 60 fps unless it is shit looking titles like COD
This is coming from a developer who hasn't optimized the PC ports. I would call all this just pure implicit bs. This dev doesn't seem to stop giving idiotic surprises.
The main problem with games like COD and Battlefield is that they have been consolised for making sales.
Look at Counter strike, it never was consolised and have a look at it's community now, same with Team Fortress and ARMA III.

The only console and the only Nintendo console I own is a Gameboy Advance SP. I am a PC gamer. If I wanted to play on consoles I could always just not upgrade my PC and spend a teeny weeny amount of money on the consoles, but nah, bring back PS2 era quality of games and then Sony can have my money. Right now all games seem like they are copy pasted from Multiplat titles which run better on my PC.
Umm.... I have a PC, and I just mod the game if I want updated versions. most of the popular older games have mods which make them look much better.
1 out of about how many remasters, tell me again? Skyrim, Bioshock, Darksiders, Assassin's Creed, rather than spending extra if you are on RemasterStation lolololol
Honestly the amount of remasters this gen is humongous for a 3 year life span, following Sony, even multiplat developers have started making rmasters, jst for that extra cash. It's good that they are free on PC if you own them already.

While you are full of negativity, here I am playing all games at 4K 30 fps if I want to. But nah, I prefer 100+ fps, so I am playing at 1080p most games at 100+ fps

You don't get to dictate others opions especially if the reviewer has written a long review, not like IGN or Gamespot that have finished up in a few paras. Look at his positives and negatives and negatives of the game, and tell me that he is wrong. Also as far as I can tell, there are more negatives than positives, so he is very well within range to give it a low score.
I would not say that it's popul;ar opinion. If you have noticed, it is just that if someone gives one of their few exclusives a bad score, they flare up. When smaller or better or low profile games are given bad scores no one bats an eye. It's just Sony fanbois. I never saw anyone complaining about Gears reviews. Don't talk about GOW4, I got it with the GTX 1070, got bored within 3 hours, and was to my friend who is an Xbox fanatic like, 'Gosh this game is grindy, and the cover based shooting doesn't help'. He was like, 'This game has been designed that way, it has been so from the start', and then I'm like 'How did you guys tolerate the grindy gameplay for a decade?'.
