He did say personal choice. Maybe he plays very selective games an if so, COD and Quantum Break are decent games. If you play many games in a year or have played many games in the past, then yeah COD and QB are not that great games. Anyways, it's all about personal choice.

TBH I have grown fed up of cover based shooters. The cover based, regenerative health, and other stupid tropes that modern cover based shooters have have become boring. Just Cause 3, Shadow Warrior 2 and Doom were so much better than 98% of games that came out the past year.
Yeah, by going PC they have expanded their base 10 times more than consoles, just need to know how to use it

Let's not forget that Fallout 4 and any of the Bethesda's major games have been nothing more than glitchfests which are not even technically impressive titles- Skyrim, Fallout 4, Dishonored 2 (Dishonored 1 was an exception)
And they had a bigger team for it as well.
