Exclusvity is anti-consumer.
@helsey
Steam never had exclusives. Valve never paid money to the developer to keep the game restricted to their platform, unlike this schummy Epic.
I liked her, honestly. She was cheesy in the 90s and early 2000s way. My only problem was that she was given no reason to behave the way she was.
Wait. That is a video released on 7th March, a day before the game's release. Was it censored on Xbox already? If so why was the uproar only on the Sony side?
Instantly a modern classic in my eyes. One of the few games this gen that I have marathoned for 10+ straight hours.
Based on your statement having played 3 and 4, if you are saying DmC did combat better than 5, you are also implying that DmC did combat better than 3 and 4, because we all know, DMC5's combat is just an extension of 4 with different weapons. Same goes with story, DMC5 may not be as good as 3, but it definitely is better than 4 and feels like a closure to 3 and 1's story. Bosses? Really? Apart from Vergil, I didn't like any boss in tDmC, all involved platforming and the boss sat a...
Either obvious troll, or tried playing one of DMC 1-4 and couldn't get into it.
I can't see a person who has played 1-4 preferring DmC's combat, story and bosses over 5. I can agree that level design of DmC is better.
I like how the last scene says "THE CRYENGINE Raytracing is both API and hardware agnostic".
Someone give Crytek money to make the next Crysis-esque game. If this ran on Vega 56, we will definitely be getting much better-looking games in the next 4-5 years.
Honestly don't think DL is better than Witcher. It's gameplay is impeccable, but everything else is standard open world stuff. With Chris Avellone at the helm, we can definitely see a lot of its weaknesses covered.
So excited.
Couldn't have won against the likes of Witcher 3, Bloodborne, Pillas of Eternity and a few others.
AYE.... It be Vergil please. Tho kinda ironical since we playing V.
Finished DMC5. Can't gush about it enough. Easily my GOTY unless Sekiro surpasses it. Will be a tough contest between Sekiro and DMC5. These 2 and hopefully Doom Eternal will be GOTY contenders by a huge margin I feel.
Not including RE2Remake cuz 1998 game, otherwise that is also a classic.
DMC5 is an instant modern classic. Ughhh need to stop gushing about it. *Goes back to play*
LMFAO this ad ahahahahahaha
Just no. Bayonetta doesn't even come close to the complexity of either NG or DMC. It's stylish af and is a very good game, but not as good as DMC/NG. After all, it's made by the creator of DMC and it's a really great game imo.
I second your question. Do they use slapping buttcheeks as drum beats?
Major changes in the action genre?
There have been no changes to the action genre since DMC4. Ninja Gaiden the only other paragon of action games was dead past 3. No game has surpassed either DMC4 or NG1/2/Black. The only ones who can surpass these games are the creators of these games and DMC5 might be a good start towards pushing the genre forward.
Ooof..... Game of The Generation material. With the demo I already knew the combat was great. If story is good and is anywhere close to 3, this goes in my book alongside the likes of Nier, Witcher 3, Persona and Nioh/Bloodborne.
GO GO GO DMC....
Looks too similar to Hyper Light Drifter.
OH CANT WAIT CANT WAIT CANT WAIt. (Not going by the review, but I do want to see good reviews so it sells well and incites a new generation of DMCs and Ninja Gaidens, action games the likes of which have been missed for over a decade, if not more)
Oh Daivid "Melodrama" Caige. Epic can keep the movies.
