Why is it surprising? DMC5 was some of the most fun I have had in years playing video games. It is easily in my Game of Generation list at this point dethroning Nioh alongside Witcher 3, Nier: Automata, Persona 5 and Hollow Knight.
Talk about pro-consumerism.
I feel the more desperate people are those who are defending Epic in spite of everything that gone on in the past few months. I mean, at least people who defend Steam are objectively defending the better platform.
Stinking desperation
Looks awesome!!!!
Doom Eternal and DMC5 are my GOTY contenders followed closely by Sekiro. Been a long time since this many AAA games were in my GOTY list.
Tf is this bullcrap....
Have too much belief in humanity, eh?
Or just blind optimism.
I admire how your username matches to that statement of yours.
I have been on that train too. Ryu is in all places except NINJA GAIDEN.
I really hope that, with the success of DMC5, Team Ninja come together, stall Nioh and DoA for a bit and make a Ninja Gaiden. Though idk tbh. Though honestly the series has declined ever since Itagaki-san left, so idk.
But even if they do make an NG, I really hope it can compete with DMC5 and not be made for commerciality. It would be fun to have the pinnacle of action games back &l...
Ryu Hayabusa in more places that he doesn't need to be in.... BRING BACK NINJA GAIDEN ;-;
It's not a great game. It's an average game with pretty graphics and the brand name of Microsoft pushing it over the many 8s, 9s and 10s it has gotten. Same is the case with most other exclusives from other companies.
Not to mention the technical issues.
If only Metacritic was a good way to judge games who's average score is based on tilted media companies driving agendas.
Not really. I love the Witcher 3 and a lot of the side quests were really good, I remember a lot of them. But none of the side quests really affected the game's main narrative all that much. The Bloody Baron, Nilfgard arc, Skellige arc and the final battle were all main quests where character choices mattered.
What looks different honestly?
Like everyone keeps saying it, but all I see is an open world, tower synchronization, RPG-lite/survival lite elements with a slightly interesting world. Traversal options are somewhat new-ish, but the basic combat is nothing new.
It's not new in games; it is however extremely rare in games.
That music tho <3
Did he just make a narrativedevice out of the whole "synchronize tower" mechanic in Ubisoft games?
Also the world looks empty. Can't find the excitement here.
Deus Ex HR and MD are a far superior games than any Ubisoft open world title ever made.
LMAO... Ded
