I've never quite understood why some people or groups of people will segregate themselves. Sure, it's cool that an event like this can happen. Do I disapprove? Certainly not. We can always use more game conventions.
What puzzles me is the title, and the placing of LGBTQ in the description. So, is the event differentiating itself from other similar events? If I didn't care in the first place about such things, isn't the LGBTQ community the one drawing the line in the sa...
That is awesome. I spent many hours in my younger years playing police quest: swat 2. What a sick game
Microsoft is about as much to blame as the food he ate the day he died...
Keep it respectable. Anyone with half brain capacity knows it's not Microsoft's fault. To spin it that way would be to push a negative stereotype of gaming in general. That hurts all of us.
More importantly: thoughts to his family in this tough time.
This guy was a gamer. Seeing as how this is n4g, he was kindred to all of us.
If anyone finds any info o...
This is my generalization as a Canadian: UK television news is definitely above average. UK newsprint is absolutely terrible. BBC and BBC world are pretty darn neutral by North American standards, but some of the print stuff is outright nationalist.
I haven't used remote play, but I've definitely played vita on the pooper before. No point in not being honest about it...
If you disagree then you either don't have a vita or you are not being true to yourself!
Ahahaha.
Too bad you're wrong. Everyone knows that next gen consoles do the pooping for you. :)
Well, that was a bad list.
Yeah the only reason this article exists is because federal mandate requires them to file any wireless transmissions.
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/GDDR5
The wiki overview has a decent description of the two clock setup of gddr5 as well
Jdoki nailed it. It's the same thing as Microsoft using a PC for a demo at e3. At this point devs could be dealing with unfinished system software, and games and demos most likely run inside or alongside dev tools like debuggers and crash recovery.
This really means nothing new for the final version of ps4 that the end user receives. Also, any software is still going to be designed for the final specs, not designed specifically for the higher clock of the devkit.
A first party hardware add-on could work too, but it is highly unlikely that they would go this route. Something like trigger grips with a couple of extra buttons that could be tethered to the device physically or wireless-ly would work. Again, I doubt this scenario in favour of the back touch pad.
Also, I don't know, but does the rear touch support multi touch? That could be an issue. I've had to hold my vita differently when I play something that uses the rear touch...
That's the beauty of vita. Party chat, low power state, instant pause/resume, a lot of the features on ps4 already exist on vita and work great. My one gripe with these features is something that won't be any form of issue on ps4. The PlayStation network sign on that happens so often on vita because the low power state times out connections. It's nowhere near a deal breaker though
I have a vita and love it, but I still have questions. It's fine and well that it has remote play, but how does it compensate for the fact that vita is missing 4 physical buttons that dualshock has. Unless a game is tailored to the remote play functionality, how does it map all the controls?
This is probably not an issue with upcoming and ps4 games, but if the functionality is supposed to work with existing ps3 games, either devs will have to revisit all their games or Sony will h...
I feel bad for anyone in PR or feedback from Sony or Microsoft. Having to weed out the fanboy crap to find constructive comments must be terrible.
Agree. This article is in no way informative, and it will only be misconstrued to become a war of fanboys.
The best thing to do is to move on to the next post.
I would try to avoid bringing console sales numbers into the mix. Go look at a few sources for these statistics. The Ps2 sold more units in both worldwide and north American markets than original Xbox and Xbox 360 combined.
Sony's sold more consoles without even including the ps3.
Are you kidding me? I own almost half of the vita library. I even bought two of the memory cards including the $100 32GB.
A) please try to read between the lines before getting defensive
B) desperation is not a personal attack, and
C) I actually am desperate at the moment as vita does have a decent amount of games and some of them pretty good, but does not cater to every type of gamer.
I'm waiting on a good FPS, a good beat 'em up/rpg, and if t...
Why does your name preach unity, but your post preach division?
The US PlayStation blog has a link for signing up as well.
Yeah, for those who haven't played it, just think of it as though the game uninstalls itself for letting a civilian die. (obviously not that extreme, but you get the idea)
