I think you're onto something Nitro.
That's right, Aenea. When you stop laughing, take a look at some side by sides of Tomb Raider... like I said you should do. The XB1S in upscaled 4K is almost indistinguishable from the checkerboard 4K. BTW, what does resolution have to do with the holidays?

• How do you know PS4 exclusives right now? Every game requires a PS4.
• Will streaming just the old PS4 exclusives change that? Yep. NOT every game requires a PS4.
• How do you know Xbox exclusives right now? Available on Xbox and PC.
• How will streaming Xbox exclusives change that? It won't. MS doesn't have streaming services. If they do someday, they'll stream to the same places Play Anywhere already allows Xbox ...
Just a heads up, Goldby. Gears 4 is native 1080p. It currently upscales to 4k on XB1S. MS has the 4K assets for the PC version of Gears 4 already. Scorpio is more than capable of native 4K on Gears and Forza, being 4.5 times more powerful than XB1. AMD says it takes less than 4x more power to go from 1080p to 4k.
What don't you understand about all this yet? iDadio should have directed his comment at you. E3 is going to be a field day with people like you having ...
Finally, Madballs in Babo: Invasion!!!
I honestly didn't even know it was a game. Hell, I still don't even know what it's about, but the idea of having to Invade Babo with Madballs popped into my head and it just doesn't sound right at all anymore...
MS will also have high fidelity 1080p modes for their titles. Users can choose to play with XB1 PQ at 4K, or in another mode like 1080p or checkerboard with higher fidelity. 4K was a huge deal for PC eliteists when XB1 and PS4 were new... I guess now that there's the Pro which has to fake it most of the time it's not a big deal anymore? It's all a matter of bias... I mean perspective.
Seriously though, what's next, XB1S upscaled looks nearly as good as...
Forza 6 and Gears of War 4 (MP), are already going to hit 4K/60 on Scorpio when it launches. Epic fail on your part, bud.
When I was done playing it for free on GWG, which didn't take long, the only thing I could say was, "Dear God! This is horrible!!!"
Another hardware/feature/service announcement coming before E3? Great! Every Pre-E3 announcement further solidifies the notion that MS is all about games at E3.
I love the fact that you can "talk-to-text" while playing. It seems like such an obvious feature I'm surprised nobody's done it before now though!
State of Decay had amazing atmosphere, in a suburban setting. SoD2 will have that quality of immersion you're talking about for sure, and coop, which is why I'm looking forwards to it so much.
You need help, Liqu1d. Game pass is a competitive service to PS Now, but Game Pass is not a streaming service. Not that hard if you take the blinders off of your Pony for a minute and think. You seriously act like a dog chained up in a yard, barking at every person on the other side of the fence from you. Grow up and quit taking things out of context just to start something with others.
EDIT: Using your logic, cable and satellite broadcasters aren't in competition ...
Way to move the goal post to make yourself feel better. At least they won't be there on launch day! Is that really the best you can come up with? Whatever helps you sleep at night, I guess, but at least you agree with me that PS Now sucks.
Me, I already think it's great that MS has their games on Xbox and PC, in full quality, for one purchase price, on launch day. More sales... means more revenue... to make more games... which is more or less what MS appears to ...
What about the dev who talked about PS5 being photorealistic at a time when Scorpio is about to be unveiled? It's just sensationalist journalism.
So the question here is: Do online game streaming services mark the end of exclusives as we know them?
And the answer: Only on PS4, because MS doesn't use game streaming for any of their services.
The real question is: Will Sony put 1st party on there and piss off their fans, or will they not put them...
Exactly my point, Rain. that's why I mentioned Nvidia's GDC presentation dealing with FL12.1 HW, physics and lighting. The specific HW seems to be coming down the pipeline, and that means engines with support for advanced physics and lighting HW... inside both XB1 and Scorpio... means devs will not be as limited when programming on MS' machines.
PS4/Pro don't have these accelerators, or the move engines to support them, so they will have to emulate the ...
Magoo, I showed you already why DX12 isn't what you believe it to be... but it doesn't matter if you don't believe me. Belief won't change the end result.
Well, there's your 12k gaming right there... 3 4K monitors!
I don't know if that's more impressive, or if it's the fact that Rene is driving a C7R and there's almost zero loss of traction throughout the entire lap. I know he's a professional, but damn he's GOOD.
I still get mad every time I see screens of her because she's such a blatant rip-off of Pris from Blade Runner.
Visuals and performance is why you get 3rd party on PC? Why did you also say visuals is not what's important then?
Nothing more comfortable than playing games in a nice pair of wooden shoes... 😉
No rain, it is you who marginalized mine... because you didn't listen to a word I said the whole time I've been posting.
• FL12.1 HW is for physics and lighting acceleration. I never said that the XB1 contained a render farm's HW.
• I never said Scorpio would be Toy Story quality either. I even said A Boy and His Kite wasn't there yet, and listed the specs of the machine used to run it.
My point was that we're still not to ...
