RDR2 will be at least as good in the visuals department as Horizon, and it'll be multiplatform. A game optimized just for Scorpio/XB1 (1st party exclusive) is going to look at least as good as Horizon even if it's programmed poorly because 6tf > 4.2tf.
Wait until E3, when Phil shows all the new games they announce running on Scorpio, then we'll talk.
