Look, this is how technology is. I don't think USB 1.1 was criticized when USB 2.0 was around the corner. This is just how the industry rolls. Early adopters do in many ways get screwed for making that choice of getting in early, but lets face it, they're in it while other people aren't. They get to be in many ways the leaders while all else looks like followers.

But you know, they don't have to pander to Hollywood. I think they could easily make their own movie outside Hollywood and have it be very successful.
Come on, guitar hero is done. It's really worn out it's welcome. Rock Band has spoiled people and you know, I'm glad it's helped push people to playing together instead of playing by themselves as people watch.

I agree with post #1, this is by no means the fastest card. You could probably overclock another card to make it way faster than this card does.
The biggest problem however is that these beastly cards need... 197 Watts.... Which is absolutely intolerable.

Not a bad machine over all. Little slow at 1.2GHz, but definitely a better machine than the MacBook Air.
Yeah... and the fact that they're having a contest over this is fairly lame. I'm willing to bet the winning entry has to sign over the rights to the work and then they'll charge for it.
The PS3 and PSP have had a far more solid and open/free implementation for this over the 360, which is a shame given the emphasis that's been typically put on the Xbox's dashboard.
