5 reasons? I could give you at least triple that. Capcom has really gone downhill and their games are losing their quality because they intentionally hold back content.
A lot of people were actually looking forward to PS1 compatibility though. I think its more SCEA that screwed up than everybody else.
Lets see what happens when it comes out before judging it.
The article doesn't actually say anything about why Nintendo isn't talking. It speculates reasons.
Notice how the article comes from a website plastering non specific action figure. If you watched Nintendo's E3, you would know who that is :P
No Nintendo bias at all here /s
Your having a laugh right? I can't believe people are STILL ignoring Microsoft's new direction with Kinect like they are dedicated to core gamers.
Seriously, if Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed, Darksiders II, HD CoD, EA sports and Batman aren't enough to persuade you that Nintendo is trying then what is?
I bet even if Nintendo had GTA V you'd all still carry on this nonsense. I wouldn't care but pretending like 720 is going to be the con...
Next they'll probably region lock the system altogether. Region free downloads was one of the positives Vita had over 3DS.
I appreciate the apology. /hug
As long as people are buying the games then clearly they don't think he is boring. If you think he is then thats fine but too many people love his games and its very selfish of you to deny them the games just because your sick of them.
Handhelds are definitely more suitable for people looking for true game experiences on the go. Mobiles aren't even used as primary game devices for those that use them. They come second.
I'll be buying a Wii U because I know what to expect from it. People sit back and say "oh people will buy it because its Nintendo" but they needed to do a lot to get that respect. An awful lot of the internet keep speaking out against them, and yet their systems sell like crazy on the outside world. I bet most of the people who "aren't sold" on the system either weren't going to buy it anyway or are in a very small fraction of the community.

We'll decide that. Retailers are still selling CDs so I don't see why games would just disappear.
Surviving. I remember they had layoffs a few years ago as well.
Nintendo have more franchises than Sony. What is Pokemon, F-Zero, Metroid, Wave Race, Pikmin, Kid Icarus, Fire Emblem, Kirby, Donkey Kong, Starfox. The list goes on.
All I see is a list of theories and we know what happens when Pachter has a theory. The exact opposite. I'm surprised he doesn't mention GTA V coming out this year here as well.
Everybody milks. Microsoft push Halo and Sony milk the blazes out of Rachet and Clank.
I would say bad. The Vita is the one with the future ahead of it now. PSP might be getting support in Japan but for the rest of the world its dead.
Microsoft is doing the same thing now. Kinect is a big part of their future and if you want to accept the next Xbox you have to accept Kinect.
I don't think 3D will become the standard but it will continue to exist. Its far too dangerous to be a standard. Some entertainment is becoming scrutinized for being too flashy towards epileptics as it is. 3D can cause serious eye damage in ways colour/HD tvs can't. They won't let it become a household standard but I think your right about it being more than a "fad".
Actually a leaked document by Microsoft practically confirms they are launching late next year. Sony is debatable because they aren't really ready to move on due to raising profits on PS3 and pushing Vita.
I just hope they don't let Vita take too much priority and lose sight of the ball.
