I would say more marketing and dropping the price of those dang memory cards. I still say a system price drop but people will disagree with me. So I say at least lower the memory card prices.
I don't think Vita will fail but I can understand why third parties aren't jumping on it. If Sony don't care why should anybody else?
Systems get off to a slow start and its doomed. The internet proclaims it. Its not like it can turn around or anything.
Too early to tell with Vita. If things don't pick up at Christmas then people should panic but until then its just words. I'll believe Vita's failed when I see it.

They just want them to fail because they don't like the idea behind the system. But having 3 systems of the same style is boring and we need choice. Its nice to see someone being different from their competitors as a breath of fresh air.

Some of the developers worked on Halo originally so I really don't know why it surprises people. Yes some of the team isn't there any more but there are still people who are. They just aren't using the Bungie logo any more.

This is what I've been saying. Japanese developers make money on handhelds (notably Nintendo and Sony). Who buys Xbox in Japan? It would be cheaper to make on handhelds and they would make more money on 3DS/Vita then PS3/360. At least when Vita picks up the pace they will.
Once Vita sells, is the cost of production on HD consoles justified to the cost of production on handhelds? When they will make more money on handhelds anyway you can understand their logic.
I prefer 3DS. I'm enjoying the third party games on there. Once I see Vita swing in my direction I will give that a go. Until then Tales and Tekken ftw.

I don't know why people here make out like Wii U failing would drive Nintendo out of the market when they can still afford to make other systems. Its very clear Sony is in far worse danger than Nintendo. If N sell Wii U at profit and Sony sell PS4 at a loss then it would take them far longer to be profitable. Sony might have more divisions, but their losses in other divisions will eventually effect gaming.

Monster Hunter 4 is probably a timed exclusive. Nintendo just did it to get dibs on it first. I seriously didn't think it would be that damaging to Vita in Japan. I know Monster Hunter was the big one but PSP had other games as well that the Japanese market took note of. I knew it was a big deal and would cause problems for it but really?

Releasing Wii U may hinder them a bit at the end of the year but when thats over with it will be smooth sailing again.
I know disc locked content is annoying but I think its silly to say they are digging a grave. I think like PC, consoles will always have a place on the market. Regardless of what these Apple fanboys say.
