I don't care what they show at E3. No game will have me put up with used fees. When this flops the publishers on board will just backpedal to the other systems.
Its not that big a deal but there are some who wouldn't upgrade so quickly if they don't have access to their older games. Playing 360 games wouldn't only mean you can play your entire collection but it also means any 360 games Xbox One won't get next year are playable. Since it can't play them XBOne won't have access to some games that won't get on the console next year.
I'm becoming convinced that Microsoft want negative press. They must do.
Its true. Nintendo is currently doing a terrible job marketing this thing. But I think it is going to sell when Nintendo bring out their big guns anyway. This has definitely helped though.
I can see this being very promising. Nintendo could seriously blow some minds here.
Note that when they said they are making Wii U games they said: "I think what the consumer will find is a lot more powerful gameplay with the new boxes that are coming out, and a lot of excitement, but it'll remain to be seen as to the services associated with those as to how consumers decide which direction they might want to go."
He says SERVICES. That indicates while Sony may not do the same thing they might have allowed EA to do something.
Shouldn't that be....

Indie developers have actually been very accepting of Wii U because Nintendo has made it very easy for them. That is why E-Shop games keep getting announced.
Here is another way the world works. The money you see in the wallets of your fanbase? You aren't getting it.
There is more choice on the market and people don't have to put up with it. That is why you will get the finger.
We are still on the "Wii U can't compete with Microsoft". Except this time it isn't about power. Its about Nintendo putting the needs of the consumer first.
First pre-owned fees and now this? Its like they are trying to make it fail.
Nintendo tend to sell by their own fist. Every system they have made apart from Virtual Boy has been financially successful.
Wii U not selling so hot does not mean the market as a whole wants more power. There is a huge market for the type of approach Nintendo is taking with Wii U and if they can successfully tap into that they could have a huge hit on their hands. Bundling this type of controller with Wii U just proves Nintendo is the most dedicated to this type of feature. ...
Can't say about Sony but EA will be all over this.
Provided they are backwards compatible people will play them anyway. I think people should look to what games the others can bring to the table that are unique.
I think overall Wii U had a more successful launch then 3DS did. The launch lineup was WAY better. Nintendo managed to post profit for their third quarter results.
It just needs more time. I remember 3DS and Vita having similar issues which got patched later. Download codes got added to 3DS (yes they actually did it) and Vita added PS1 support. The OS will get a much needed speed up when they next patch it.
The thing that concerns me is with the Basic bundle ...
I actually thought their teaser was for Resident Evil 6 since I thought it would have made sense to move Revelations to Xbox and Playstation and give Nintendo fans the game they missed out on. But Capcom makes no sense these days any way.
Perhaps they considered RE6 so bad they didn't see it worth going through with.
It depends on the motion control in question. I like the DS, Vita and Wii U. I can tolerate Wii and Move (though I think the controller does the job better) but Kinect just sucks.
There are still consumers who prefer hard copies. I do.
Are third parties really becoming so stupid these days? Vita gets off to a slow start so it is a flop. Wii U gets off to a slow start so it is a flop.
I cannot understand why. Maybe because Wii U games are ports of older games? Maybe because the Declassified game you put on Vita sucked?
Capcom are happy with Monster Hunter on Wii U. So clearly Wii U can't be doing that badly.
Give the systems some time for crying out loud. Seems every sy...

You know not even die hard Halo fans will buy Xbox One. Only the blindest fools on earth would buy it.
