It's a pretty rare thing for steam servers to cause trouble though. To be honest this would be one of, if not the busiest times of year. I think they have an excellent track record considering it's 100% download.
Yep. that ibuypower machine makes a joke out of the new consoles. Even though its only Steam OS for $500, the gaming library is already at around 200+. Whats not to like.

Most PC gamers have a dusty console anyway - so for most of us we don't a toss what you think. Like Audiggity I have GTA5 on 360 but will also purchase it day 1 on PC so I can see the game run in its full glory.

Honestly these are two very very different games. AC is a REAL sim. GT6 is has arcade physics. Who ever thinks GT is a Sim obviously doesn't drive hard. GT puts alot of emphasis on Weight transfer. Its a great game too, just not as sim as people like to think - which is fine anyway.
Visually they look about as good as each other here and obviously AC is crisper and has a ton more Anisotropic filtering which you'll clearly see if you watch the vid at 1080p.

AMD have said it's open source. But that's mainly just lip service. PhysX is available to AMD too but that wasn't embraced either. It will be a cold day in hell before nVidia take on Mantle.

Its getting abit ridiculous. I've got 123 games in the last 1 half years between steam sales and humble bundles and spent no more than $200. These deals are always too good to pass up. Honestly its never been a better time to be gaming on PC.
