Just read your article. Amen my brother. While I haven't played halo 4 I did fear, being one that literally grew up with the original bungie series, that it just wouldnt be the same without bungie. As a result I felt I should wait and see...and I think I found my answer. It's just time to bow out and let a new generation take over instead of ruining my own love by playing something that ruins it for me personal.

Does anyone have any thoughts on dishonored. I just finished ac3, my last trilogy/story driven series I had to finish. Now I'm looking for something else. I've heard good things about dishonored but as I've wrapped up all my series I don't want to get sucked into another one with cliffhangers and such. So does dishonored end on a clean slat and can be a nice Just fun stand alone like mirrors edge?
Ac3 was not an annualized release. It had been worked on 2+ years.
Quick question. What is the deal with ac3 season pass? It doesn't come with the game? So we're paying an extra $30 for 5 dlc packs to come later? I'm just looking for details. Thanks
I 100% 1 and 2 in prep for 3 as well. I just hate that they added multiplayer achievements. Something about multi acheivs bugs me and probably won't be able to finish them.

I've had this question in my head for awhile. While the ps3 is my first ps I've heard naughty dog doesn't transfer franchise to the next console cycle. So do y'all think lou will transfer given it's so late in the gen, or that it's so unique it'll kind of be like heavy rain and stand on it's own?
I have a question for the Forza community? What is your take on this game. I've never been a huge fan but I did play Forza 3. I really enjoyed it and it was a great graphical car candy game. Forza 4 would have been nice but it felt like it was more geared toward kinect and the same old (madden) type release. I agree, idk. Graphically I'm very comfortable with this gen, but game wise it's been stale lately. So for next gen I'm not necessarily excited for the graphics, I don't think we'll see the leap we saw this gen. I think for me the decision will be on the new franchises that can suck me into buying a new console.
While I'm not sure what you mean by "a good amount of juice" I do think we have another year or so left in the consoles.
While new tech is welcome and needed eventually, progress has to come sometime. I'm just not sure we are there.

Did mention the launch issues but as he says, he said his peace about it and moved on. Focused on the importance of gameplay and such, the fun factor. Did a great job of giving good insight for veterans and new comers. Really was a good read and insightful review to help people make a purchase.

I have a friend who does this. Buys a game and within a day or two he's done. I think he was capped on skyrim within a week. I it's cool and all but what happened to taking your tome and soaking it all up. This kind of rushing just takes the fun out of it.
I just hope they don't pull a halo 4. Sure use the AC universe but do a different story. Don't continue the same from 3 to 4. I wish they did that with the chief, sure use him but so something else instead of continuing the exact same story.
