I got my KS9000 65" at 2000€ delivered within 3hrs from order. It still has the same price here in Skandinavia seven months later.
I thought it was ok at first (was eyeing B6, love OLED to bits, but it was almost twice the price), however after calibration the picture started to shine. Particularly the HDR requires heavy calibration to look good, and I mean the white balance and gamma here mostly. It looks amazing now. Dark, but at times superbly rich and bright. Horiz...
I'm 35 and me and my wife loved Life Is Strange. It was very adult-oriented game with very much adult themes in it. It was made and written by people older than me, so yeah it was a mature game. I loved the story and it felt close to me. I thought it was like a great interactive indie movie!
Yes it has. I had it already from around two years ago or something like that as a Japanese PS Plus and played it through then. FallenAngel1984 is 100% correct.
Edit: Actually, Gravity Dash is there for the third time. Japanese PS+ has been a joke for a year now. I kind of regret buying another 14 months just a week ago. To add to the insult it says: "Freeplay Encore" -Oh well...
If Matsuno and his team is not on board, there is no reason to revisit Ivalice. If they are, however, then there is a real chance of doing a good AA or AAA game in that universe in style. It is his creation, and it should be him leading the direction and project. If not, SE is just going to destroy it, just like they destroyed Nomura's (the last good director with Yoko Taro left at SE) projects or altered them in a way that disappointed everyone.
It would be like taking...
I think the difference between a $1500 PC (gtx 1080ti, i5 CPU, 16gigs DDR4 and an SSD) and Xbox One X is that the latter can checkerboard render 4K @ 30fps with a mix of high-ultra settings where as the former can do native 4K @ 60fps with overhead and have all settings at ultra.
Essentially, that is 6flops vs 12flops with a better CPU and three times as fast drive. So yeah, you are getting a $800 PC at $500 with the X, but can't use it as a PC and have its other functi...
They made The Last Story on Wii and it actually sold well and was well-received by critics. Since then, they've been doing mobile stuff, but are coming back to consoles. Maybe someone, like Sony or Nintendo, invested in them?
This is true. Andrew House has done his homework. I was thinking of buying a PC, but did not want to let go of my PS4 ecosystem. So instead, I bought a used PS3 and traded in my PS4 for PS4 Pro and got them both with a 280e hit on my wallet. Now, I have access to all my digital PS1, PS2, PS3 and PS4 games, and Vita works as a second screen at home for the wife/me so we can play next to each other, but different games.
On top of that, I can play many of my games, albeit not ...
So this is PS4 Pro all over again in regards to getting "all" games patched. But hey, I'm ok with it, as Pro and X will get more support as we march forward to the 4K future. However, the only reason I would actually buy Xbox One X (a horrible name, doesn't roll really off the tongue...) are two games: Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey. Everything else is available on PS4 Pro.
I really do not care if the resolution is 1440p or 1800p checkerboarded to 4K compare...
You do understand that you are pretty much admitting being quilty of breaking the law, right? Unless you just magically happen to have "tons and tons" of original games piled up at your home which you have legally ripped and copied on to your phone. Yeah, I thought so too, it is not the case, huh!
Your IP can be easily tracked. Wouldn't be surprised to receive a special letter home if you keep saying that. These letters are getting more and more commonplace, a...
Nope! I really like this, and hopefully you all will do to. Particularly if this turns out to be a good game! :-)
For me, BC is huge. I want to access my classics from one place, and not pile up on consoles or have classics only on portable form on Vita which is locked by region. I want choice, I want to use all my bought digital items on all consoles. BC is why I'm thinking of getting Scorpio next to my PS4 Pro, because I want to play Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon on it, and wouldn't mind upping Pro's resolution and fps either, since it is not utilized nearly as much as it should be. He is do...
I'm in the same boat with you. Japanese is easy, just need to work on it.
Yes, finally a turn-based classic RPG with a world that is carefully designed! Can't wait for the new compositions from Sugiyama-sama either. 12000JPY (96 euros!) is pretty steep in terms of price though, but instead of with the likes of FFXV this game would actually fill its promise and be worth the full price. Probably can't wait and have to buy it on launch day in July... Does anyone know if this will be available (Japanese version) on HK PSN Store anytime soon? Can't find any ...
Haha, no hifi person is ever going to buy a speaker that uses the words, Gorgeous, Thin and Big Sound as the first three attributes. This is ridiculous! They are the very last attributes anyone wants from a speaker, sound quality comes always first, and loudness is a curseword. Design, sure, but these look like crap. Also, the laws of physics won't allow them sound good. Even the top speaker brands with cost like $10,000 pair and are this thin, cannot compare to real speakers and are ofte...
Or you can learn Japanese and play it before anyone else and make entirely your own opinion of the game without any review / comments section bias! I admit, the strategy is a hit-or-miss, but there is no single-player core series Dorakue game yet to disappoint. I think the dialogue is superb in Japanese anyway, much better writing. This is also why the English translations take time, they need to polish it a lot. I think in Dragon Quest VII they had more than 1000 pages to translate...
I know nobody cares about the nature and all, but once again I'll say this: These boxes are made out of the cheapest hard plastic that can't be destroyed or easily recycled. Going digital and cutting the wattage cost of consoles is the way to a more environmentally friendly gaming.
I see Nintendo only cares about maximizing their profits and not the nature. Very unprogressive in so many ways.
Same here! Wife wins easily!
I'm on the edge of buying this, but it seems a bit too hollow for my taste. Anyone out there who liked Demon's Souls, Bloodborne and Dark Souls games can tell me how Surge really is? Reviews all say it is a Souls-like game with good atmosphere, but it is getting 5/10 and 6/10 here and there, mixed with some 8/10 scores. So what is wrong with it?
I do like how PS4 Pro is pitted against a graphics card twice the price of the console. The value with Pro (when utilized ...
The game looks good gameplay-wise, nothing special about it, but hey it is an MMO and those are hard to market and take time to sink in anyway! I can understand students and people with super steady jobs and easy routine life to sink their teeth into this. For me gaming is more about less engaging experience where you can put the controller down at anytime and do something else with your children or family after work. Also, this better have a good story, Halo 1 and 2 were something special, B...
Horizon was brilliant!! Finished it yesterday, 50hrs in. I spent a lot of time just wandering and staring at the horizon (tm). It gave me that next-gen game feeling at 4K and HDR on a 65" tv! Waiting for DLC to give it another go at the end of this year. Really enjoyed the story, exploration, atmosphere, and super good music. Combat was ok too. Some rough spots here and there, but it was truly a gem.
Had to buy Persona 5 and Nier yesterday to keep up the good-game feel...
