It seems as if EA was not sure about PS4 until Sony blew everyone's mind with the presentation and the details of the system. Now that everybody wants to get their hands on PS4, devs and gamers alike, EA just had to do a quick "conference" to tell everyone they are on-board. Keep the good news coming, maybe we can finally get a focused core gaming market next gen with Sony's hardest of the hard core games and Nintendo's innovative, but colorful approach.

M$ doesn't feel, it's a corporation. They look at statistics obtained through market research and act according to the numbers.
My guess is, that all companies are going after different markets. I thought the presentation was good, although it was a little bit on the dry side. It really made me think about finally getting a Vita!

Yeah, Dead Nation is much better than the reviews it got, and they weren't bad at all! The game was intense as hell.
Housemarque is one of those companies I respect, well, I do respect most of the Finnish studios...Remedy, Housemarque, Frozenbyte and even Rovio.
Outland was also an extremely good game. But I think they might go for Dead Nation 2 to get sum money in. However, these guys will do it in style! :)

I always look at these infamous "articles" and how the "author" (yes, the investigative and critical journalist - pun intended!) translates Japanese so, well, freely!
Now, without trying to show off, 初めてのゲーム could also be translated to "The first game", but from the looks of it, these all seem to be related to similar...

Five weeks can do miracles if used purely for optimizing and polishing. The last 2-3 months is when the fps is being pushed up to 30 from 15-18fps for most of the graphically heavy scenes or areas of AAA games.

This is what I hope from Sony:
-Backward compatibility all the way to PSX (Gaikai-cloud)
-Upgraded PSX/PS2/PS3 visual options (AA4, AF8 and higher rendering resolution would be nice!)
-Bundled PS Eye 2 with some nice extra features like illumiroom and cool menus to hassle around with
-Move bundled
-Dualshock 3 support
-Dualshock 4 (or whatever it will be)
-all PSN data incl. trophies transferred
-region-free games/system...
In Europe we are entitled to re-sell digital content. They enforced a new law recently to protect the digital age consumer.
To be honest, selling and buying used digital content is easier than doing so with physical ones. You can stay at home and just click a few buttons and off you go!
Prices would of course be the same as in physical market, and even the nature stays unharmed.
This is an idealized situation, of course.
